I’m too braindead from classes to actually think of fandom stuff but still wanted to send something in, so how’s your summer been? 🙃

Hi!! I hope your brain's recovered a bit by now after your classes. ^.^

I've been ok. I've been less productive than I personally would have liked, but I'm blaming my current weather for that and some other responsibilities that have gotten in the way.

Cloudy weather is the bane of my existence.

But other than that, I think I'm on track to meet my goals for the summer anyway. :D

I have a few people who give me feedback for every chapter that I write (i.e., Discord group chat), but I was wondering if anyone else would be interested.

I could make a Discord server or something, so people won't have to give out their emails to me, and I can upload the first draft chapters there.

This is all theoretical, of course. Only if people are interested.

I know I've more or less fallen off with fewer things to post, but I can see that even now I'm still gaining followers, and there are many who I make a small point to re-like my posts and my writing, so I know it's being reread.

They're fun. I don't really have much of an opinion because people are free to do what they want.

I think fan comics are delightful. And it's not like it's any different from what JoJo is doing with LU anyway. XD

One person @ovegakart does awesome work! I love seeing each update! I think she's posted like three different small-ish plot lines, and I've been hooked on each one.

Unfortunately, I've fallen behind on the updates and I think there aren't many links connecting the appropriate updates for each, so catching up would be a nightmare at this point.

If I remember correctly, she was the one who was posting about Hyrule finding hidden dolls. (I think, but I loved that immensely.)

Then there's the one where Time (As the Hero's Shade) wills himself back into the land of living because Twilight (during his adventure) tells him that Ganon is still living and he's like "Not on my watch".

Overall, very talented people are inclined to keep making fanwork as love letters to the things they enjoy. And enjoying it together is just what makes the human experience. :D

It’s an isekai where our lovely protagonist (Edith? gets reincarnated as the villainess of a dating sim/otome game (Princess Soirse)

We’ve got a shenanigans-filled cast, Soirse trying to figure out how to not have the game’s plot line come to pass, uncooperative siblings, lots of sass and mischief, Soirse learning to accept being loved, Prince Valentin (who you’ll meet when you read the book!) learning to accept friendship (and also possibly an engagement to Soirse), a thirteen year old teddy bear of a jr. knight, magic, lore, lots of secrets in this book (and lots more secrets to uncover in the next book(s)!).

Enno I know you neither asked for nor consented to this promotion because I didn’t tell you I was doing this one either, but please post a picture of the back of your book under this post, since Tumblr won’t let me do that in an anonymous ask. The people deserve to see the official teaser!

ENNOS BOOK IS REALLY GOOD

I’ve had it on my shelf for a while and finally got around to actually reading it. Not only did it get me out of a reading slump I read the whole thing in a single day. Had a very hard time putting it down.

Laughed out loud multiple times. Read some lines out loud that also made my mother laugh.

We love disability rep! We love magic shenanigans! We love an isekai!

Have genuinely been thinking about it all day since! Go buy Enno’s book if you haven’t! (Evanlibrary.com)
