Why do you only respawn for nationals though?

I used to keep up with everything allll season because there were several dancers I was very invested in. at this point most of them have either aged out or quit competing. I keep up with those I still care about through ig but I don’t follow the discussion on tumblr anymore. nationals though is such a fun way to see how all the dancers have grown through the last season so its sort of my update on everything. and of course there’s a lot of fun tumblr activity during nationals that I like to join in on. its when this community is the most alive therefore I come alive as well…
