I don't think that's the Hikari Laughing Pressure Point... supposedly there are pressure points you can press to control their chi and even make people pass out.

Frankly, if Emu knows such a technique and used it on Tsukasa... I guess reactions may vary. Some (the sane ones) would be rather terrified of him, others... may just feel emboldened to kick up their shenanigans if only so they can prove it doesn't work on them
