A Mothers Cries [苏徐 黎晖 (Sū Xū Líhuī) Backstory]

a place in China, where the Mountain of Crested Leaves and Slanted Stars rose high into the heavens, a desperate mother embarked on a journey. Her young daughter, only seven years of age, had fallen gravely ill. Despite seeking help from healers far and wide, the child’s condition continued to worsen, casting a glass mirror of despair over their lives.

With her last hope pinned on divine intervention, the mother climbed to the mountain’s peak Her small girl on her own back, enduring treacherous paths and biting winds. She first cleaned the old shrine then sat a basket down she pulled out a small stone Statue of the Bodhisattva and placed it on the old alter, she then placed incense, a dozen fresh pink camellias, a basket of Peaches and a handful of cherries, and water before she lit 6 candles and the incense, She bowed Three times as She knelt and Recited “Namo Guan Shi Yin Pusa” to the Bodhisattva Guanyin, the compassionate goddess known for her mercy and benevolence there. Her tears fell as she Silently chanted "Namo Great Compassionate, Great Merciful, Saviour from Suffering and Hardship, Guanyin Bodhisattva" the mournful woman "Please, Great Compassionate, Great Merciful, Saviour from Suffering and Hardship, Guanyin Bodhisattva, spare my little girl from such a sad and untimely death. Show us mercy, I plead to you"

Far away Guanyin was listening she heard everything After all, the Bodhisattva was touched by the mother’s sincerity and boundless love and descended from the celestial realms. She knew that the child was afflicted with a terminal illness, one that no earthly medicine could cure. The only way to save the girl was to grant her the Peaches of Immortality, which bestowed eternal life upon those who consumed them.

Understanding the gravity of the situation, Guanyin plucked three immortal peaches from the heavenly garden. She crushed them entirely—pits, leaves, and stems—into a potent broth. Though the peach pits contained cyanide, which would typically be fatal, the magical essence of the peaches held the power to transcend death itself.

Guanyin handed the sacred broth to the mother and instructed her, “Though the broth contains the deadly pits, fear not. The essence of the immortal peaches will save your child from death’s grasp.”

With a heart heavywith hope and dread, administered the sacred broth to her dying child who lay just a bit away from herself. As the child sipped the concoction, she succumbed briefly to the deadly effects of the cyanide. Yet, as promised by Guanyin, the magical properties of the peaches worked their miracle.

As the first light of dawn broke over the horizon, painting the sky in hues of gold and pink, the girl stirred. The mother watched in breathless anticipation as her child's eyes fluttered open, bathed in the gentle glow of the rising sun. The bright light weaved through the morning mist, wrapping the girl in its warm embrace.

The girl sat up, her face reflecting how healthy she felt, her illness vanished just like a nightmare. The mother’s eyes filled with tears of relief and joy, her heart soaring with gratitude. her once terminally ill child was now full of life, her skin radiant and her breath steady and strong. The magical essence of the immortal peaches had worked its miracle just as the world awoke to a new day.

she has a special staff I'll make that later, but it essentially gives her power over dusk and dawn and these weird spirit shadow things that help her because those are the only parental figures she has in herlife, because her mother is long dead

there is a side effect from her immortality, she can't remember things she's learned 2 days after she's learned them like she can remember things for a time but she can't really age mentally anymore therefore she can't learn new things or if she does she mentally regress back to when she didnt know what she's learned

that's one of the many reasons she's so good at writing and collography is because, she has millions of books just with everything she's learned but she writes them as soon as she learns so even if she forgets she can relearn whatever she learned
