I’ve always struggled with my writing and even when I’d post some of it, I usually ends up deleting it not long after but this time I have a friend who’s cheering me along and acting as my beta reader.

Here’s a a peek at the AFTG Andriel Fey au I’m currently working on, I have the first chapter written down and it’s going through edits :)

He only smelled leaf rot and dirt, it coated his teeth and dried on his tongue. He refused to allow the forest’s sweet rot to impede his senses and layered his inner barriers even more.

Does anyone else struggle with consistency when it comes to expected permanence? Spotify playlists for example! So simple; make a list, title it, put a cover and enjoy.

Right? Wrong.

When I make one I stare at it for too long and suddenly it doesn’t match my feelings, there’s too many songs missing or that suddenly don’t feel right(likely because I keep having to skip them).

Which leads to me deleting every. single. playlist and entirely reading my playlists because if one is different then they all need to be so they can match my current behaviors and feelings.

I DONT UNDERSTAND AM I ALONE IN THIS??
