Idk if you have tried this ! But I have sleeping problems too but they usually get better if I listen to asmr ambience stuff like rain or train ambience

For me I know I have trouble sleeping bc I don’t like how quiet my room is

I also sometimes read before I sleep just so my brain and can get sleepy bc of the laying down + reading combo ❤️

i used to listen to lofi music a lot to sleep so maybe i need to do that again 💔 i also used to monitor myself during sleep with this app that picks up audio anytime i made noise in my sleep and LMAOOOSBJDB 😭😭😭😭 idk what goes on but sometimes it's worse than others but i am noisyy sometimes omg 😭 but yeah i really need to wind down more before bed and like do a whole bunch of work in general 💔 i have trouble falling asleep and also trouble staying asleep LIKE IDK but yeah i need to find smth that helps me wind down cuz im rlly bad at reading and staying focused while reading like... i can read but like not as well as i'd like which is kinda embarrassing but what can i say 🫡
