Hilda’s True Appearance. I’ll be honest, been a bit tough on this, since I kind of wanted to give her a unique design since Solor’s Harbinger clothing is different from the default class, but I may go back to this if I do think of a better design. She’s currently wearing the garnet necklace she got from Lynus (though her wedding ring clearly is not shown in this ref, since angling is a thing). I also updated her fingers to be more akin to the actual Arken’s true appearance, since that somewhat bothered me a bit.

Starting to make more progress on making designs for Etrian Odyssey characters. This one is Korey’s current look in the Etrian Odyssey stories; far ahead from the story of Beyond the Stars. I’ll get to his Fencer class look sometime tomorrow, but I can’t guarantee that, since changes in plans seems to be my lifestyle, currently. :l

I decided to go with a rather different method of having my characters meet each other, as I feel like what I had written in my draft was good enough for a start, though the other characters meeting likely won’t come until the next chapter… Oh, and did I mention that this is a little over 7200 words on Wattpad (Almost 7600 words on Fanfiction.Net)? I’m quite glad with how this turned out that I went a little further. Sometimes the extra details is what’s really needed in the long run~ :3

It’s nice to see you again, Drayce. To be honest, I never thought about cutting my hair ever since I somehow vanished from Iorys when my children were young at ages four and three respectively, but I’ve been thankfully looked after by Yukina who took me into a Highlander tribe near High Lagaard, so I guess if it hadn’t been for her, I probably might have never seen my family again.

Anyways, the guild’s been doing fine, apart from literally missing me throughout the two years-

And me too, big brother! I had to help look after your children after you mysteriously vanished, so you can thank me for helping your daughter learn how to wield a sword. Boy, if mother and father were here, they’d probably never let you out of their sight.

Anyways, there were some interesting treasures and myths in my travels in Lagaard and Armoroad. Hell, even finding some amazing new treasures on Armoroad was quite a ride. I’m sure my Armoroad guild members still have some of them in their possessions, I might ask them later. Though I do have to admit, I’m a bit worried about leading a guild of this size.

Heh, I suppose brave is one thing... Karim and Shreya have been very supportive ever since they’ve reunited with me. Strange how my amnesia only now started to fade away the moment I reunite with my family and guild members, though I suppose I shouldn’t complain. Although Hilda’s unsure about being out in public with her current state, worrying it’ll bring about too much attention to her, much like Hibiki, since other explorers might not be that happy about meeting new races.

Lux Guild Introductions 3: The Delayed Finale

Korey: Alright, I apologize for the delay in introductions again... me and my wife have debated about how we should discuss the introductions and eventually she just took over the train of discussion to the point where I just gave up my method and let her do this format for me. Surprisingly, I didn’t realize how easier it was to simply talk about them rather than using pictures. Sure, both have their limits and points of arguments, but-

Bertrand: Are you gonna hurry up, kid? We don’t have all day.

Flavio: Bertrand, I swear your impatience is getting the better of you.

Arianna: Well, so much for waiting off to the side...

Chloe: Maginia have plenty of meat. Enough to keep Chloe fed for days.

Simon: Aaaaand we’re already off to a great start. Just hurry up and get this finished before it gets worse, Korey.

Korey: Okay, okay... Anyways, I’m gonna separate who’s with us by their place of origin.

Both Simon Yorke and Frederica Irving traveled with me in Etria, so that simplifies that to a T.

There’s quite a couple from High Lagaard: Dezi, Chanda, Keila, Juno, Devi, Eunomia, Alton, Rukmini, Sanjaya, Taro, Rajani, Naomi, Shadya, Cherilyn, Ottokar, Hibiki, Riaels, Akakio, and Tyro.

Got quite a lot from Armoroad: Lola, Yukina, Elwood, Luna, Kreios, Chiyo, Verity, Xue, Hayate, Mavis, Marina, Romulus, Warwick, Chiyoko, Leroi, Raven, Silvia, Jack, Octavia, Remus, Mu and Nu. Oh, and apparently King Seyfried is in my guild, by request of Princess Gutrune. She seemed to have been here with Seyfried for sometime, so I suppose that answers why they were waiting on the Maginia for me if she wanted Seyfried to help out with my guild. Oh, and Fafnir, Flavio, Arianna, Bertrand, and Chloe are here, too. If you couldn’t already tell...

Lux Guild Introduction Part 2

I guess I forgot to update you all on more introductions yesterday. Might’ve been tired after Valentine’s Day. With all this talk about Kvasir, I needed to do something to get my mind off of ever meeting the guy. Anyways, let’s just get straight into the introductions.

Korey: Lola’s a Ninja Yggdroid created by King Seyfried, and a friend of Verity. She’s also quite the singer, from what Verity told me.

Korey: Shirota is a Dancer who came from a village of dancers far from Tharsis, but in the same region as the town of Tharsis. She’s quite talented for a dancer, and her mother once worked for the Empire of Yggdrasil.

Korey: Sakuma is a Fortress who came along with Anai, Shirota, and Kurita. She’s such a skilled protector, easily telling signs of what signs of attacks can come our way.

Korey: Kurita comes from a region far from Tharsis, along with two of her sisters. She believed her father was somewhere in Tharsis, but tried as we might, we weren’t able to find him there. Hopefully we’ll find him somewhere in Lemuria.

Korey: Wufan is part of the race of Vessels. Granted, she had a huge hatred for humans prior to our arrival to help save the Medium from the Hollows. She’s starting to better understand our kind, despite the rough start.

Korey: While we’re on the topic of Tharsis, Kibagami is also from a race my guild in Tharsis encountered in the Golden Lair, the Sentinels. His kind is much more kinder to humans than Wufan when we first met, but we soon learned that he and Wufan are friends, which surprised us.

Korey: This is Ion, a Celestrian who was a novice Shaman when me and my guild first met him when he was a mercenary. He tends to speak in third person, but he’s the most determined to protect us as friends.

Korey: Yukina here is a Monk who lived with the Highlander tribe in High Lagaard. She’s also kind of like an adopted mother of mine, as she always tends to me whenever I finish a fight or come back from a rather dangerous mission.

Korey: Charon here is a self-proclaimed ‘Harbinger of Death’. At least, that’s the typical persona he puts up for others, anyway. That side of him is a mix between hilarious and seriousness, but he knows when to get serious.

Korey: Silvius is a Vessel who lived right near the Golden Lair, often referred to as the White Vessel. He tends to be rather cold (personality wise, not physically) to newcomers and to some people he finds annoying, but he’s a pretty nice guy once you get to know him.

I might have to prepare some more introductions later today, since doing nine introductions of my guildmates at a time is gonna get tiring and likely get us nowhere closer to exploring. But regardless, feel free to ask us anything so far.

Glad to see that Cass decided to step up his game. I’ve already warned everyone in my guild about this Kvasir guy, so some of them will be relieved to have a familiar face from High Lagaard be running the quests around Maginia. I'm honestly baffled at how Kvasir has not been kicked off Maginia for such behavior. It... worries me, thinking about how many girls are terrified of him, as well as Napier having to put up with Kvasir’s creepy nature.

Hopefully we can redirect all attention to Cass’ new tavern and have them stay far away from Kvasir. I believe three girls in the guild I’m in are already planning on working for Cass as singers to help promote the bar. If things work out over there, Cass’ bar will be brimming with explorers, and things will be brighter for everyone’s safety in Maginia. We don’t need creeps like Kvasir.

I’m probably gonna sound like a fuckin’ shill, but if y’all hate Kvasir as much as I do, Cass has opened a new location in Maginia and he’s just gotten his license from the princess as a certified quest-taking storefront. Maybe, if we can redirect all of Kvasir’s adventurer business to Cass’s bar, we can run that old creep into the ground, heheh…

Also to the new adventurers in town and stuff, don’t go to Kvasir’s Tavern if you can help it. He’s a creep, a pervert, and he creeps on schoolgirls and Napier in particular. And he brags about being banned from several countries for public stripping. He’s just a fucking weirdo in general.

From Around the World to Maginia!

Well, I didn’t expect myself to be in this sort of situation... From one place to another, I found myself slowly growing to be a huge guild leader, but to have to look over more than thirty is a lot more challenging than expected. O-Oh, I suppose I should introduce myself.

My name’s Korey. I come from Iorys, believe it or not. It’s been... years, hence my change of class and appearance. Sadly, amnesia doesn’t suit well with me, and I’ve been trying to reunite with my old guild members for some time. Guess I should’ve expected something different when I wished on that shooting star back in Tharsis. Tangent aside, I’m the leader of the Lux Guild - a name I used once back in Iorys, but have decided to use again...

Might have been out of nostalgia or something, but I digress, I didn’t come here to talk about myself. I brought most of my guild members from Tharsis to the Maginia, so I suppose I’ll introduce you to some of them, alongside old members of mine back in Iorys. Though I haven’t found everyone I’ve explored with yet, chances are we’ll find them sooner or later, and by then, all of the introductions would be done. So, uh, l-let’s start the introductions.

Korey: Anai here is a Medic from my journey through Tharsis. Despite how young she looks, she’s actually pretty knowledgeable.

Korey: Keiko is a Therian, and twin sister to Demetria. She gets really eager to meet those of royal blood, so she can prove to be quite a ruckus when we don’t mean it. But apparently she has a very kind and compassionate spirit.

Korey: I suppose I should add that Miriam Arotza over here is the one who invited me and my guild back in Tharsis to come to the Maginia. She and Anai are big fans of mine, and I don’t know if that brings me joy, or concern... She wanted to be a part of my guild, and that she wouldn’t join any others.

Korey: Prince Baldur of the Empire of Yggdrasil has decided to come along with us in hopes of becoming a full-fledged explorer. I suppose that’s fair enough, considering he’s been purified of the Yggdrasil Curse two weeks prior to our encounter with the Maginia.

Korey: This is my sister, Misaki. She’s protective and worried over my safety and well-being throughout the time we were in Iorys, but she seems to have calmed down about the thought ever since I vanished...

Korey: Ayako calls himself ‘The Gifted Adopter’ because... he seems to have a strange habit of picking up young people and often prefers them to call him ‘father’ and sees all of us as adopted sons to him, stating ‘somebody’s gonna have to look out for you youngsters one of these days’. At least, that’s how I think he said it...

Korey: Hibiki is a Princess of the Forest Folk. She seems to have a hard time remembering where she was raised originally, as she told me that she was in an adopted family whose parents weren’t kind to her for simply being a different species than them. Hilda and Lynus apparently mothered her on a few separate occasions.

Korey: This is my best friend, Kyo. We’ve known each other since we were young, and we always dreamed of climbing Yggdrasil one day, to which we finally accomplished. She and my sister seem to have the best intentions when it comes to my health and safety.

Korey: And this is Simon Yorke, a Medic and researcher from the Midgard Library. I’ve recently crossed paths with him in High Lagaard, though after a certain incident, I left to visit Armoroad, while he likely stayed back and assisted High Lagaard for a bit before heading back to the Midgard Library. He was a guild member of mine back in Etria.

I would like to introduce more of my guild members, but it’s getting rather late, and I may be spending the entirety of tomorrow with my wife... Guess despite having amnesia, I never forgot Valentine’s Day. But if you have any questions, feel free to send them to me, or to the people I’ve introduced.
