Keto Diet
Day 8:
Late breakfast/lunch:
- 100g of salmon, one rasher of short cut bacon, two poached eggs and a serve of spinach.
- 1 x iced latte with Milk Lab Almond milk, half filled with cold water (approx 75mL of almond milk in total)
Dinner:
- 2 x Woolworths Thin Beef BBQ sausages
- 1/2 x Woolworths Beef Patty
Snacks:
- 5-7 celery sticks
- 2-3 cucumber sticks
- 2 tbsp of tzatziki
- 1 tbsp hummus (bad choice - really high in carbs. This cost me like 3-4g)
Drinks:
- Water
- Gatorade Zero Sugar Electrolyte Drink
- Coke Zero
Day 9:
Breakfast:
- 2 x rashers of short cut bacon
- 1 egg, scrambled
- 1/4 avocado
Late lunch/early dinner:
- 2 x rashers of short cut bacon
- 1 x fried egg
- 10g of butter
- 2 x slices of low carb bread (2.5g of carbs per slice)
- 1 tbsp shredded Mozzarella cheese
Snacks:
- 2 grapes
Drinks:
- Water
- Coke Zero
TOTAL WEIGHT LOSS: 2.1kg
