Also the idea of explaining your entire species is meant to be loved and coddled is just funny to imagine

Mydei being ignored for a week hurt them both truly

I loveee the thought of how starkly different they grew up (before a certain age i mean) and just how much Phainon hardened himself (leans into the dog image, hides his tail, learned to bulk up and play rough) and how much Mydei softened up (taught himself to be gentle with other species, embraced the more tender parts of his own, plays more, and is just a happier version of himself)

Funnily enough (to me at least) when I saw your lasted art I went “they went bun mode! And there trying a new kind of outfit out!” But no not quite typical bun mode or new bun outfits

That’s not a complaint to clarify I just misunderstood it at first and thought it funny

Also phaimon has short ears which continues the trend on animal phaimon having unique ears

When I genderbend characters im of the belief that they wouldn't look THAT drastically different from their OG selves (well maybe Phainon would given he grew up on a farm and typical gender roles would have gripped him. But hsr is fictional, transgenderism plays a part, and also wouldve done whatver either way) but I like it when people can't distinguish characters at first glance loll

The focus is bunny first, gender second!!

Also Phainon having unique ears/features as any type of hybrid is fitting because uhhh it further emphasizes his Role in the world (ex. worldbearing eyes)

I dont think he'd have that Big Realization. Given his ,,everything.

I think he's super in love with Mydei, but they don't really get into like a proper relationship, and gets enamored with Caelus over the period of them knowing each other, and just?? Accepts it as it goes but again, nothing comes of it except for a few fleeting touches here and there

In a kinder world, I think he'd be a little more shy about it tho
