She didn't know where else to go. She wouldn't go back to Cai or Raz she couldn't. She promised she wouldn't. At some point she found herself at connell's front steps "Connell! Its F-Freya...." She knocked on the door. She sighed in relief when he answered the door "Sorry for bothering you....I-I have no where else to go..."

"mommy issues......We always did have that in common didn't we?" She said with a satisfied humm "do I?" She scrunched her nose at him "because I don't think we have ever officially stopped." She shrugged "we say it will never happen again, or well you do and then next thing I know you show up at my door step..." Rose a brow at him.

She knew what he was doing, she walked after him in a steady stride. Her heels clicking on the cement with determination "Oh arty didn't your mother ever teach you how to treat a Lady?" she questioned as she was catching up with him. His legs might have been longer but when Valkyrie wanted something she could make way just as fast as him. "you don't teat a lady to an night like that and just leave her high a dry..."

"A CHILD! Elijah! she kept a whole fucking person from him!" Emi said as she paced around her living room. "I mean what kind of person does that? a selfish person that's who...A person who doesn't know how important family is to James...its just not fair and now shes gotten herself stuck here and who knows if we'll got out of this mess..." She was rambling now and she could feel her chest tightening. Her hands her shaking she wasn't sure from anger or anxiety.

"Well, good." Elijah let out a sigh and dropped his head back. "Aren't we both." He commented with a small shake of his head. "I'm gonna be absolutely fine." Eventually.

"Oh please, you don't think they've noticed how you hover a little closer when a customer flirts with me now? or that we walk home together?" she huffed a laugh "and then I mean there's all the PDA with the kissing..." she said dramatically with a joking tone. "I love the idea too but do you want to risk getting fired? I like working there! its all I've known for like...7 years."

He furrowed his brows at her. "You say that like we've been any different. I bet like 80% of those people didn't even realize we started dating." Noah did pause, however, considering that latter half. "Mmm, yeah, I see no problem with being unprofessional. None at all."

It was a bit Jarring seeing Elijah like this. "Hey...you know you can talk to me right?" she furrowed her brows at him "I was just trying to lighten things up that's all." shaking her head "Whats wrong?"

Elijah glanced up at her. "Nope." He shook his head then sighed some. "I don't care who you're dating, Tommy's a good guy and a friend of my family." Honestly, Elijah just wanted to go home and stay home, lock the door so James had to kick it down again to get him out.

kirby's tolerance was very high at this point to the point they needed practically double of what teddy would've needed to feel something but because they didn't want to be super gone they only had a small amount, just in case. they were still a little sad and zoned out until they heard his voice, bringing them back now. "i love you too," they mumbled with a half smile and laughed softly, "is it because you become an even bigger softy?"

After everything, the last person Art wanted to see was Valkyrie. He figured that maybe ignoring her and continuing to walk to the theatre might actually work, but at this point, he had no other choice either. Pulling a script from his bag, he aimed his sights down and walked, hoping for the best.

"It's exciting for sure, Now I just gotta make sure that asshole Raziel doesn't get near either of them..." it was genuine fear. If word got to them that the kid wasn't his what would he do? especially how that what he did to her was the reason he go fired "I haven't been in a proper fight since high school so I don't really know what I am capable of..."

"He's perfect I can't wrap my brain around it...I'm like a step-dad at 27" he chuckled.

Damian nodded "Of course, Jessie he's half of you there was no way I wasn't going to love him no matter what. Though Nico's pretty cool too..." he chuckled softly "He's going to be a great dad....." his face faulted a bit "Hey so I was wondering...did you want to like move in together?" his nerves were pushing through "I just, I want to be able to help you with Ricky and I just...I want come home to both of you...like all the time"

Jessie smiled a blissful, sleepy smile and kissed him back, looking at them both fondly. “I love you too. I’m just so relieved this little guy is going to be safe and loved, you know? Just knowing I won’t have to worry about Raziel makes me feel so much lighter, it was weighing on me so much recently.”

a small smile pulled at his lips "hold on you got uh....-" he leaned over the tabled and pulled her chin up a bit so her could see a bit better and wiped the chocolate stache off from her lip. He didn't even think twice about cleaning his own thumb by licking it off. "There..." he hummed a little "I should get some of that hot chocolate its really good..." Then he smiled hearing about Christine "Awe dose that mean I loose my slumber party buddy" he pouted at her and then shook her head "No I'm glad. I've never seen to that upset before...." And he never wanted to see that ever again. It was heart breaking and he didn't even cause it. He didn't want to admit there was a part of him that was happy the whole thing didn't work out for her. It was selfish, he couldn't help but smile "Hey, maybe it just means you'll meet the right person somewhere else. not at some....forced dating thing."

A bit lost in her thoughts, Carrie took a sip from her hot chocolate, ending up with a bit of a chocolate mustache once Fox asked her a question and knocked her out of the stupor. "I made up with Christine. That's all that really mattered to me," she said finally, shrugging. "I had a couple dates, but eh. Ya know? I wasn't expecting much." She hadn't really put in an effort either. Figured it was because of everything with Christine.

She teased "it be unprofessional to steal you away from customers just so we can hook up in the supply closet" she said softly with her cheeks warning at the idea.

Noah closed his eyes and smiled, trying to memorize the feeling of her hands in his hair. It felt nice. Especially after working an entire shift on his own. "Ah, right... That's it. Has to be." He craned his neck to look up at her, twirling some of her hair around his fingers. "Never again. I'll fucking go on strike if I have to. I mean it."

Teddy didn't get high or drunk often but with his birthday so close he didn't really mind. And he wanted to do with Kirby any way. It had been a while since they last did something like this. Sitting on the couch with them in his arms. Letting the substance take over he chuckled a little bit "I love you so much Kirby..." he kissed the side of their head. "Now I remember why I don't do this often and I only do it around you"

He was treating her to Breakfast. He only assumed things were getting better with Christine because Carrie's things had Disappeared from his home. He had ignored how sad it made him, even if she was just one night "So how was the speed dating thing? did you and your sisters get along nicely or was it a big mess...?" he hadn't wanted to hear about their dates really. He already felt the Jealously boiling in his chest when the event was brought up.

Amber didn't even realize what time is was when she heard Noah come through the door. Setting her book too the side and smiled at him. "Hey there Handsome" she ran her hands through his hair as he laid his head in her lap. Huffing a laugh "Because I'm not there for you to drool over for 6 hours.." She teased.

"Honey, I'm home," Noah jokingly called, completely exhausted as he walked through the door of their house and locked it behind him. Without any hesitation, he flopped onto the couch, laying the back of his head in her lap. "Why does work always suck so much more when you're not there?"
