okayyyy punishing nesta for telling feyre that her and her babies life is in danger???? sure, she didn’t say it in a great way but taking her on a hike as punishment is insane. she was so angry at the lack of trust and fear in her from her supposed ‘ court’ that she became controlled by her power. the power only one person has offered to help teach her about, so she’s had practically no chance in learning to control it.

something that clearly started bc of the IC’s own mistakes in not trusting nesta ends up in the IC being satisfied that she’s being punished??? are u kidding me. everyone was too much of a coward to tell feyre what could happen to her and the only person that gave her the grace of knowing is punished… i’m not anti inner court but that’s clearly so disgusting.

feely is 100% hooking up or falling in love with lizzie during the camp trip and the t7 timeline. cw had a love triangle for hughie/lizzie and feely planned for a really long time and even made a playlist about those 3 saying something about a love triangle and the folklore one (the one ts wrote for her album). so yeah, i think it is coming and that would explain why hugh was acting weird all summer after that trip because lizzie and feely shared a tent and most likely had sex. idk what she has in mind for katie bc she completely forgot about her and her ''romance'' with feely

if katie wasn’t in the picture then the triangle wouldn’t be that bad but she can’t introduce katiefeely and then play around like that bc how is he supposed to be redeemed? unless a few years pass by in their book ugh.

BUTTT if cw does it right I’ll be interested to see something other than her characters being obsessed with just one person and ending up with them if u get me?

i forgot they shared a tent…i rlly rlly rlly don’t like the idea of them hooking up so close to the people they clearly like omg. i could see maybe the triangle starts bc lizzie is trying to move on from hugh and patrick is like one of the only ppl that sympathises with her.

it’s so annoying cw is clearly too infatuated with her hughliz story that she’s going to destroy the other character’s storylines. really hoping she doesn’t do this, i’d prefer the triangle just being a miscommunication and they didn’t have sex just tried to make hughkatie jealous !!!

it would hurt hughie too. he believes she cheated on him with pierce (we know that's not the case but that's his idea), she's dating pierce too (why people forget this is beyond me) and on top of that she sleeps with his best friend?. hughie's biggest issue right now is trust and feeling betrayed. feely sleeping with lizzie wouldn't help at all but once again, cw has a playlist of hughie screaming he's not like feely or pierce and really loves her or something like that. and then we have katie who is already second choice to hughie and would be second to patrick. idk how there's a come back to that, knowing the guy you loved not only slept or hooked up with your best friend but also with the girl your other bf left you for. i think many people do not want to read a story where the mmc is a playboy, let alone one who sleeps with the best friend and the guy the fmc has certain... animosity?. he can prove he loves her first but nothing would erase him sleeping with lizzie... because not even hughie was able to do that to lizzie while dating katie for years :(

yes it’s going to hurt everyone involved meaning, hughie, lizzie, feely and katie !! and then the friend group is gonna get the backlash of it all😭

lizzie is self destructing tbh, even tho she wants to be with hugh i don’t think she’d allow herself to be in a relationship with him bc she doesn’t think she deserves him. so her getting with feely sucks but makes sense if she’s trying to push hugh away in a way to ‘protect’ him from her again. i do think cw may be focusing too much on hughliz and possibly not considering how katiefeely will be affected.

however, i don’t think katie would be second choice for patrick. patrick’s crush on lizzie was when they were kids and even then he was describing his ‘ideal girl’ as red headed and so on, so katie checks the boxes for being his type way more than lizzie. also, patrick might sleep with lizzie bc they’re trying to make katie/hugh jealous or forget about them. it’s a twisted way of getting their attention but it might work.

katie is probably gonna have pretty bad trust issues after hughie and i don’t think he realises he’s being a hypocrite by cheating on katie, he needs to tell her he doesn’t love her asap. katiefeely’s book will probably be about overcoming those struggles bc it’s clear he does like katie imo.

watched a sewing video yesterday and i wanna get into sewing sooo bad but im so easily frustrated by things i think id give up 😭

Let me preface this by saying that what Lizzie has been through is absolutely unimaginable. However her fans/supporters in the fandom consistently complain as if she had zero resources and zero help. She'd been getting all the help that was possible since infancy. She was getting all the help that was available. Was it enough? No. But some people act like she didn't have *anything* in her corner.

ermmmmm so incase u weren’t aware lizzie was gaslighted since she was like 5 years old…and bc no one believed her she was prescribed the wrong medication (she didn’t have hallucinations so her meds are likely making her feel worse), she recieved shock therapy which obviously did not help her, again bc they still haven’t diagnosed her properly. lizzie’s own family have lied to her and brushed off anything she told them bc they deem them it ‘hallucinations,’ i also don’t think she had any therapy (other than what she probably had when she was being shocked) after her sisters death which was incredibly traumatising.

‘all the help she’s gotten since infancy’ means nothing when not one person has believed her and it led to multiple misdiagnoses. the quality of the help is what matters and if lizzie can trust them to believe her.

i’m like totally completely afraid of bugs and i like them in theory and don’t want them to die but i cannot stand looking at them and if any of them crawl towards me or FLY i will scream and there is a possibility they will die and im sorry but whatever the word is for that, i am it.

whenever i order food i get nervous that the doorbell will annoy my roommates so i turn it off temporarily and tell the delivery person to just knock. but then i get nervous i might not hear the knocking so i go sit by the front door a few minutes early to make sure i hear it. but then i get nervous that if i open the door too quickly the delivery driver will think it's weird that i was waiting there so i wait an additional 10-15 seconds before opening it and feign that i just came down the stairs. i am built normal and socially average.

there's snippets of feely and lizzie kissing during halloween and playlists alluding they hooked up during the camping trip plus some foreshadowing in t7 about them getting close. It's true that cw sometimes doesn't put in the books what she includes in the playlists but there's been so many about feely and lizzie being at least a hook up and hughie knowing so i believe she's going down that route :( which makes me sad for katie because she's always second best for both hughie and her own love interest.

also didn't feely also fingered casey and that's why katie said ''do not touch me with those hands''? and they were hooking up in 2004/2005 as well. i have no hope she'll give them justice

as much as i do love feely and lizzie i rlly don’t think them hooking up would be a good ideaaaa. that’s going to hurt so many ppl involved😭

yeah katie’s very clearly insecure and doesn’t deserve to feel second best, chloe pls don’t do this. but then again that may be a huge part of their book !! feely proving to her that she’s not second best and him stopping sleeping around. i’m sure we’ll get to the bottom of why he sleeps around in his book and maybe katie will work thru it with him like he will her insecurities?

when he was hookin on up with casey he was single so she can’t hold that against him, but it hurt katie so clearly there’s a connection there if she’s disappointed with him. unfortunately, i do believe their book is going to be full of miscommunications and them not saying their real feelings out of fear of being vulnerable. i agree with u katie deserves better but she’s getting a book with feely so let’s just manifest a good story PLS lmao

anon i don’t need to ‘make excuses’ for lizzie when there are clear reasons as to why she behaves that way. to be a bully i believe u have to be a genuinely mean person and enjoy hurting people. lizzie doesn’t ‘bully’ gibsie bc she enjoys hurting him, she does it bc she blames him for losing her sister, she wants to hurt him like she believes he hurt her. also i don’t think she’s ableist, i think she hit gibsie where she knew it would hurt, just like the ‘wrong sibling’ comment did. i don’t agree with either of those things she said but, like i said, she wants to hurt him. after her sister’s funeral lizzie stayed away from gibsie but when it became hard to do so bc of friend groups, she learnt to ‘defend’ herself the only way she knew how.

blame mark if u want anyone to blame. lizzie will never get better if she doesn’t accept what happened to her and then hopefully she can rebuild bridges and see that it wasn’t gerard’s fault and apologise for what she did.

this is obviously a difference in opinions and i can accept that😭

what are your real thoughts on katie and feely?. i don't like the idea of them considering feely had a crush on lizzie and most likely slept with her or at least had a thing for her during the t7 timeline... i want better for her and feely is not it

i like them so far but we haven’t seen much about either characters so it could change !! i think these are our most interesting characters so far bc there is so much outside of the core10 for us to discover with them.

in feely’s defense, his crush on lizzie was when they were like 8-10 right? so it likely fizzled out and if you’re referring to the spotify snippets then ppl have said cw changes things and they’re not always correct. there’s a good chance they don’t end up hooking up. i think it would make it too messy on cw’s end and it may just be a miscommunication.

speaking of miscommunications… i’m not a huge fan of this trope in books and that’s the first look we get at the pair (feely kissing casey when he wanted katie) which isn’t ideal. i do agree katie deserves someone who truly cares for her and i wonder if their book is going to do them justice. hopefully cw doesn’t pull a t7 and we get to see some yearning from feely and him stepping up to prove he deserves her.

one last thing, lowkey hate how cw has to ‘match’ all her characters. shanny are more reserved, clairsie are the sunshine characters, hughzie are the smart ones and patie are the musicians.

asides from the jaime thing you all seem to forget claire tried to stay in touch with lizzie and she ignored her and only paid attention to hugh. like that's a bad friend through and through and lizzie's actions are way worse than claire's ever were to her. you can blame her trauma all you want but you are constantly making mental gymnastics to defend a character who is a bad person due to her circumstances. mark wasn't there when she told claire to go out with her assaulter and mark didn't tell her to use katie's ed to get back at an innocent comment that katie apologized right after. lizzie is responsible for the damage she has caused and trauma is not an excuse or a free pass. same applies to joey, gibsie and even shannon

‘mental gymnastics’ and it’s just me liking a character u don’t. lizzie’s reasons for her behaviour are lay out for u in her book, if u don’t want to understand her then that’s all you. i’ve already said on my blog that lizzie isn’t innocent, she is deeply flawed and rude. however, i’m not agreeing with ppl calling her a bully, she is a child that has been severely taken advantage of and traumatised. there’s enough ppl calling her a bully, u don’t need me to do it aswell.

what did you expect katie to do when it came to gibsie and lizzie??? if she did something hughie would've taken lizzie's side and told katie to stop. and lizzie would've used that as a way to throw a fit against her once again. feely and hughie were the ones responsible to keep them apart but katie?. poor girl is alone and not defended by anyone in that group, glad she stayed neutral and didn't say anything
