I'm honestly debating on leaving the FPE fandom. Don't get me wrong, I love the characters, I love Basics in Behavior, I love the art, I love practically everything about it. Hell, if you haven't been able to tell, it heavily influenced my art.

But, as much as I love it... Katie simply doesn't. She deleted all her content on it and, according to this video from Edgy (description), if she does return, it'll be with a clean slate.

What does this mean for me? I have FPE blogs, I have FPE OCs, so what'll happen to them?

I'll keep the blogs ( @apollo-fpe, and to a lower extent, @lycollection ) up. It'll be like a memorial, something to remind me of this once-great fandom that became an important part of who I am.

Now, my OCs, on the other hand, Apollo and Beau... I'm not scraping them. Rather, I'll end up repurposing them, making them general OCs rather than FPE OCs. Who knows, maybe I'll be able to bring out more from them that way.

I'll still consume any content surrounding it, but... I won't be creating or interacting with it beyond liking and reblogging. There's no need for anyone else to do the same. As far as I know, Katie hasn't said anything about people still enjoying it, so go wild!

The only regret I have is that I have no way to tell Katie directly about how much her work meant to me and how it's been able to help me, nor can I offer her any direct reassurance.

All I can do is hope that she stays okay and whatever she creates next won't be swarmed by hateful people that actively disregard an artist's wishes.
