10th Day of Immersion
On my last day, I was in the SSD Department and still doing the same task I did on my 3rd, 5th and also 7th day of immersion. I have already learned a lot, so I applied it when I get a job to make the work do easier. This experience has been really valuable and helpful. I've learned so much about how a successful business operates.

9th Day of Immersion
On the Ninth day, I am still there at Sales Department and focused on customer service. I watched customer service representatives on how they handle inquiries and solve the problems. I was impressed by how they stayed calm and tried to help the customers.

On my Eighth day, I was in Sales Department and the Supervisor explained to me what she was doing and also she taught me how to do it. She made me try so that I can help her and I have learned new other things.

7th Day of Immersion
On the Seventh day, I was here in SSD department still doing the same task I did on my 3rd day. I was enjoying my work immersion because I applied some of my skill from my school and everyday I learn something that I can use when I get a job soon.

6th Day of Immersion
On the Sixth day, I was there in Accounting and continued to learn about the company's culture. They made me arrange the sales contract and job order, and they made me make journal entries. They also teach me how to do the ledger.

5th Day of Immersion
The fifth day I was in the SSD department and learned the company's culture and values. I also had some casual conversations with my colleagues and learned about what motivates them. I saw how the employees work together and support each other. They are communicating each other and also helping their workmates for them to finish on time. I realize how much important to work together and have an active communicating skills.

4th Day of Immersion
On the fourth day, I met with the Accounting team and learned about how the company is committed to providing accurate and up-to-date information in all its official communications and written works like (Sales contract and Job Order). I was impressed by how carefully they manage the finance statement preparation and analysis.

3rd Day of Immersion
On my day 3 of my immersion, I am at SSD department they ordered me to write a log book of the sales contract and also the Job Order, but first they teach me how to do it. It was great to work with people who have different skills and backgrounds. I was able to use my skills that I learned from my school which is listening and asking question if you don't understand for you to clearly understand. I also appreciate their effort that they gave me time to teach even though they are busy.

2nd Day of Immersion
On the second day, I spent time with people in different roles, like Sales, SSD, Accounting, Production and Logistic, also the HR and Installation. I saw how much coordination and communication is needed to keep the business running smoothly.

My 1st Day of Immersion
March 14 was my first day in Philmetal. I explored the different teams and departments in the company. I got an overview of how the company works and the different jobs people have.
