HAPPY 2024!
As token of appreciation for all the joy you’ve given myself and my band mates ….I humbly offer up some CRINGE from the early years of my career.
A commercial we made hoping to knock on local news channel doors to help bring people out to our shows.
https://youtu.be/7lORezw6fQw
And the infamous homemade manual rotating upside down drum kit, which was a monstrosity that we built in order to make the news in the local paper ( it worked!)
https://youtu.be/LdhkLScWYEw
I guess the over all lesson here, is that it’s not about Talent, or connections, or money, or even knowing anything about this business. It’s having the balls to show up, keep following those crazy ideas, and never, ever give up.

Lzzy’s Blue cheese mushroom risotto recipe
Ingredients
* 4 tablespoons olive oil
* 4 tablespoons butter, divided ( I like to keep more handy)
* 1 medium onion, diced
* 4 cloves garlic, minced
* 16 ounces crimini baby bella mushrooms, sliced
* 1 1/2 cups arborio rice
* 4 cups chicken broth
* 1 cup white wine
* 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
* 1 cup blue cheese ( or more if u want it extra blue)
* 1 teaspoon dried parsley
* salt and pepper ( I sometime add a pinch of cayenne for spice)
1. In a deep skillet heat up the olive oil, cook onions, garlic and mushrooms then set aside in a covered bowl.
2. Add a tablespoon of butter to the pan and dump in the rice. Toast until the rice becomes a bit see through then add the white wine and stir til absorbed
3. Once the wine has vanished add a single ladleful of broth can use wine for and stir slowly with a wooden spoon until the stock is absorbed. Add another ladleful and repeat.
4. Once the babysitting is done and the rice is creamy in texture( I like mine a lil al dente, but you can go further to get the rice to a Mac n cheese texture as well) add the remainder of the butter , the cheese, parsley, and your mushroom/onion/garlic from before. Stir to incorporate , add salt and pepper… Serve immediately!

My Redemption lyrics
My Redemption
Scrapes on my hands
Blood on my knees
Pick myself up
By my own beliefs
I carry my sins
No need to confess
Won’t scream out for mercy
When it puts me through Hell
I set it on fire I laid it to rest
Here’s to the hurt So I wouldn’t forget
My heart can survive it I’m stronger than this
They ain’t built a weapon That could kill me yet
Don’t need saving to save myself
Don’t need forgiveness To bless my guilt
Lost my faith and found belief
In my redemption I’m my own redemption
Don’t need praying To find my hope
Don’t need Heaven To save my soul
Fell from grace just to believe
In my redemption, I’m my own redemption
Took back my life
Through an Ocean of tears
In a hole down so deep
Suffocating from fear
Running from purpose
While Losing my grip
Building the walls
That built me brick by brick
So heres to the dagger the sword and the pain
If not for dirt, the shovel, the grave
The shock to my system that opened my eyes and made me believe
I Don’t need saving
To save myself
Don’t need forgiveness
To bless my guilt
Lost my faith and found belief
In my redemption
I’m my own redemption
Don’t need praying
To find my hope
Don’t need Heaven
To save my soul
Fell from grace to believe
In my redemption
I’m my own redemption
I set it on fire I laid it to rest
My heart can survive it I’m stronger than this
They ain’t built a weapon That could kill me yet
My redemption
I’m my own redemption
My redemption
I’m my own redemption
I Don’t need saving
To save myself
Don’t need forgiveness
To bless my guilt
Lost my faith and found belief
In my redemption
I’m my own redemption
Don’t need praying
To find my hope
Don’t need Heaven
To save my soul
Fell from grace just to believe
In my redemption
I’m my own redemption
Now I believe
In my redemption, I’m my own redemption

Brightside lyrics
BRIGHTSIDE
SCARED TO DEATH
TERRIFIED
THIS IS IT
WELCOME TO YOUR BEST LIFE
BREATHE IT IN
SPIT IT OUT
HAPPY FACE
BUT IM NUMB NOW
ON THE EDGE
OF ALIVE
SICK OF BEING
SAD ON THE INSIDE
ITS OK
IM USED TO IT
THIS IS JUST THE WAY IT IS
BUT I KEEP
LOOKING ON THE BRIGHT SIDE OF LIFE
CAUSE IT ONLY GETS DARKER
WE ALL NEED SOMETHING
TO KEEP BELIEVING
SO I KEEP
LOOKING ON THE BRIGHT SIDE OF LIFE
CAUSE IT ONLY GETS HARDER
WE ALL NEED SOMETHING TO
KEEP US FEELING
CAUSE IT ONLY GETS DARKER
FAKE A SMILE
AND SELF DESTRUCT
COUNT IT DOWN
4321
IM OVER IT
ALL THE BULLSHIT
AND THIS FUCKED UP WORLD
IM LIVING IN
WHERE EVERYTHING
IM CHOKING ON
IS SUPPOSED TO HELP
AND KEEP ME HANGIN ON
YEA AINT IT FUN
^SO ENJOY THE RIDE
-CUZ LIFES A BITCH AND THEN YOU DIE
SO I KEEP
LOOKING ON THE BRIGHT SIDE OF LIFE
CAUSE IT ONLY GETS DARKER
WE ALL NEED SOMETHING
TO KEEP BELIEVING
SO I KEEP
LOOKING ON THE BRIGHT SIDE OF LIFE
CAUSE IT ONLY GETS HARDER
WE ALL NEED SOMETHING TO
KEEP US FEELING
CAUSE IT ONLY GETS DARKER
SCARED TO DEATH
FREAKING OUT
REMEMBERING THIS IS WHAT ITS ALL ABOUT
THAT LOVE KILLS
THAT LOVE DIES
BUT DON’T SWEAT IT
MAYBE IN THE NEXT LIFE
YOU’ll BE PERFECT
YOU’ll BE FLAWLESS
YOU’ll BE CARELESS
WITH NO PROBLEMS
SO THIS IS IT
AIN’T IT COOL
IT’S EVERYTHING YOU WANTED
BUT NOBODY LIKES YOU
SO JUST KEEP
LOOKING ON THE BRIGHT SIDE OF LIFE
CAUSE IT ONLY GETS DARKER
WE ALL NEED SOMETHING
TO KEEP BELIEVING
SO I KEEP
LOOKING ON THE BRIGHT SIDE OF LIFE
CAUSE IT ONLY GETS HARDER
WE ALL NEED SOMETHING TO
KEEP US FEELING
CAUSE IT ONLY GETS DARKER

Lzzy’s Homemade soft pretzels:
1 (1/4-oz/7-g) package active dry yeast (2 1/4 tsp)
1/2 cup/120 ml warm water (between 100 and 115°F/38 and 45°C)
1 tbsp barley malt syrup or 1 tbsp firmly packed dark brown sugar
3 1/4 cups/420 g unbleached bread flour
1/2 cup/120 ml cold pilsner-style beer
2 tbsp unsalted butter, cubed, at room temperature, plus more for greasing the bowl
2 tsp fine sea salt, such as fleur de sel or sel gris
2 tbsp food-grade lye, or 1/4 cup/60 g baked baking soda
[Baked baking soda:
On a baking sheet spread 1/4 cup baking soda…bake a 250 degrees F for one hour
Later you will bring a deep pan of water to a simmer and pour the baked baking soda in to create a bath for the pretzels]
Sprinkle the yeast over the warm water in the bowl of a stand mixer or in a large bowl. Add the barley malt syrup, stirring until it is dissolved. Allow the yeast to bloom until it is foamy, 5 to 7 minutes. Stir in the flour, beer, butter, and salt and continue stirring to form a shaggy mass. Attach the bowl and the dough hook to the stand mixer and begin kneading on medium-low speed. After about 1 minute the dough will form a smooth ball. The dough should be quite firm and may be slightly tacky, but not sticky. (If it is sticky, add a little more flour, about 1 tbsp at a time, and knead it in until the dough is smooth. If the dough is too dry to come together, add more water, 1 tsp at a time.) Continue kneading the dough on medium-low speed until it is elastic, 5 to 7 minutes.
Choose a bowl that will be large enough to contain the dough after it has doubled in size, and grease it lightly with butter. Transfer the dough to the greased bowl and cover the bowl tightly with plastic wrap. allow the dough to rise at room temperature (in a warm spot) until it has doubled in size, about 1 1/2 hours.
Line two 12-by-17-in/30.5-by-43-cm rimmed baking sheets with parchment paper; set aside.
Turn the dough out onto an unfloured work surface and firmly press it down to deflate. To form the classic pretzel shape, cut the dough into eight equal portions. Work with one piece of dough at a time and keep the rest covered with a damp, clean kitchen towel. Pat a piece of dough down with your fingertips to form a rough rectangle about 3 1/2 by 5 1/2 in/9 by 14 cm. Beginning on a long side, roll the dough up tightly, forming it into a little loaf. Pinch the seam together. Shape the dough into a rope by rolling it against the work surface with your palms and applying mild pressure, working from the center of the dough out to the ends.
Once you can feel that the dough rope doesn’t want to stretch any farther (usually when it is between 12 to 16 in/30.5 to 40.5 cm long), set it aside to rest and begin shaping another piece in the same manner. Repeat this process with the remaining pieces of dough.
Return to the first dough rope and continue rolling it out to a length of 24 to 28 in/61 to 71 cm, leaving the center about 1 in/2.5 cm in diameter and tapering the ends thinly by applying a little more pressure as you work your way out. Position the dough rope into a U shape, with the ends pointing away from you. Holding an end in each hand, cross the ends about 3 in/7.5 cm from the tips and then cross them again. Fold the ends down and press them into the U at about 4 and 8 o’clock, allowing about 1/4 in/6 mm of the ends to overhang. Place the pretzel on one of the prepared baking sheets and cover it with a damp towel. Repeat this process with the remaining dough, spacing out the pretzels on the baking sheets at least 1 in/2.5 cm apart and covering them with a damp towel.
Allow the covered pretzels to rise at warm room temperature until they have increased in size by about half, 20 to 30 minutes.
At least 20 minutes before baking, position one rack in the upper third and another rack in the lower third of the oven and preheat it to 500°F/260°C/gas 10.
Prepare the baked baking soda solution
Use a large skimmer to gently dip the pretzels in the lye or baked baking soda solution, one or two at a time. Leave them in the solution for about 20 seconds, carefully turning once after 10 seconds. Remove the pretzels from the liquid, drain, and return them to the baking sheets, spacing them at least 1 in/2.5 cm apart. If the ends come detached, simply reposition them. Repeat with the remaining pretzels.
Brush with melted butter and sprinkle with course sea salt. Bake the pretzels until they are deep mahogany in color, 8 to 12 minutes, rotating the pans from front to back and top to bottom halfway through the baking time. Transfer the pretzels to a rack to cool for 10 minutes before serving. The pretzels are best enjoyed the day they are made, ideally warm from the oven or within an hour of being baked. Yum!

Back From the Dead is written about my mental health journey over the past few years. I was going through a really hard time, as we all have been in our own ways. I found myself standing on the edge of the world getting completely lost in my own oblivion, but once again music saved me and through writing my truth, I didn’t just let the darkness and depression in my mind dig me an early grave. I’ve erased my name from my headstone, so save your prayers, I’m Back! I hope this song, as I pass it on…reminds YOU of YOUR individual strength and that you are not Alone.
BACK FROM THE DEAD
IM BACK FROM THE DEAD
OUT OF THE BLACK
BREAKING FREE OF THE
WASTELAND
OUT OF THE MUD
CRAWLING UP THROUGH THE QUICKSAND
LEAVING THE DARK
COMING INTO THE LIGHT
DON’T LAY ME DOWN
SAVE YOUR
LAST RITES
CAUSE
IM STILL STANDING
ABOVE GROUND
I’M BACK
FROM THE DEAD
ALIVE !
HELL COULDN’T HOLD ME
BACK FROM THE OTHER SIDE
UP FROM THE DIRT
I RISE
SAVE YOUR PRAYERS
DON’T BLESS MY BONES
ERASE MY NAME FROM MY HEADSTONE
BACK
FROM THE DEAD
ALIVE
HELL COULDN’T
HOLD
ME
DOWN!
ON THE EDGE OF THE WORLD
GETTING LOST IN OBLIVION
TO THE DEVILS WHO TRIED
TO KEEP ME LIVING LIKE A PRISONER
COULDN’T CHAIN ME DOWN
COULDN’T CANT CAGE ME IN
SO KEEP YOUR SAVIOR
GIVE ME BACK MY SINS
CAUSE IM STILL STANDING
ON THE GROUND
I’M BACK
FROM THE DEAD
ALIVE !
HELL COULDN’T HOLD ME
BACK FROM THE OTHER SIDE
UP FROM THE DIRT
I RISE
SAVE YOUR PRAYERS
DON’T BLESS MY BONES
ERASE MY NAME FROM MY HEADSTONE
BACK
FROM THE DEAD
ALIVE
HELL COULDN’T
HOLD
ME
DOWN!
DOWN.
BACK FROM THE DEAD
ALIVE
BACK FROM THE OTHER SIDE
I’M BACK!!!
BACK
FROM THE DEAD
ALIVE !
HELL COULDN’T HOLD ME
BACK FROM THE OTHER SIDE
UP FROM THE DIRT
I RISE
SAVE YOUR PRAYERS
DON’T BLESS MY BONES
ERASE MY NAME FROM MY HEADSTONE
BACK
FROM THE DEAD
ALIVE
HELL COULDN’T
HOLD
ME
DOWN!
HELL COULDN’T
HOLD
ME
DOWN!

Dirty Rocker Soap

I’ve been a DIY-er for many years. I make my own deodorant, face and body oils, toothpaste, masks, moisturizer, shampoo, sunscreen, perfume, conditioner, styling spray, make up remover and have even dabbled in crafting my own make up from scratch on occasion.
The reason for this is that my skin and hair are in pretty good shape when l leave them alone alone. The trouble starts whenever I decide to put commercial products on them.
For example, commercial moisturizer makes me break out, commercial shampoo causes my hair to split and break... and all the soap I’ve tried leaves my skin itchy with dry patches, and prone to “chicken skin”
I had all but given up on soap specifically. I adopted radical practices over the years like body brushing, oil washing and water only washing( it’s not that weird, don’t make that face).
Until a good friend of mine, Rachel Bolan of Skid Row sent me a few bars of his new endeavor “Dirty Rocker Soap”.
I put off trying it for a few days because I didn’t want to have to give my friend the “its not you, it’s me”, routine explaining about my body’s inability to adapt to the concept of soap.
But when I dove in, and Sudsed up...holy shit!
No dryness of the skin, no breaking out, no itchiness...
After a week I was in love with what it did for my skin, so I got daring and tried it as a shampoo as well(why not). After scrubbing and rinsing I was happy to report that for My hair type it not only left my hair clean, but manageable with a little extra body. As a bonus the natural oils in the soap acted as a light conditioner too!
As a touring musician, I think Dirty Rocker Soap will be a great multifunctional travel companion.
No other soap has ever done so much for me, while taking nothing from me but the grime.
My favorites so far are the
- Unscented
- Blue Mint
- Mother Earth
- Lemongrass green
Thank you so much to Rachel Bolan for bettering my shower experience ( wait...ha) and congrats on this new adventure!
Check it out and try it for yourself here:

The Spirit of Rock n Roll
I want to start by saying that I do not have a degree in political science; nor am I an expert on social injustice.
But you don’t need to be an expert or have a masters degree to know the difference between Right & Wrong and Good vs Evil.
This is something instilled in you when you learn empathy and compassion.
The notion that all Humans deserve to be treated as equals shouldn’t be an optional belief, or a political opinion. It should be something that we all practice as a fundamental trait of our species.
It should be a No Brainer.
Justice for ALL, not Justice “for some”
We are all born with that trait. But some of us are taught to fear, hate or discriminate against another human based on the color of their skin.
Look inside your soul.
If you are uncomfortable with or truly do not believe that all humans should be treated equally... than You are part of the problem.
But it’s ok to be wrong. And just because you are wrong doesn’t mean that “that’s that” and we should just resolve to be divided on this.
Fuck No, it’s never too late to educate yourself and abolish that dinosaur mentality. Together we can be the asteroid that puts racism to rest once and for all.
I truly believe hope and optimism are on the way.
Unfortunately right now our country is plagued with Untamed Narcissism, Police Brutality and a Broken System.
But sometimes it takes a horrific tragedy (or many horrific tragedies in the case of 2020) to unite us.
So, This is not the time for Silence.
We must keep up the momentum, if we don’t, history is doomed to repeat itself.
And We must not let that happen!
I know a lot of you are telling me to shut up and sing.
Well, this is me singing.
I am an artist.
And art has always played a role in revolution.
I am specifically a Rock N Roll artist
Since the dawn of Rock, the genre has always been a safe haven for outcasts. In fact the WHOLE idea behind the Rock N Roll spirit is to rebel and stand up against injustice!
And who birthed Rock N Roll?
Black Musicians!
So I will not shut up. If what I’m saying makes you uncomfortable, then you need to take a deep dive into your soul, figure out why, unlearn it, and come join us in the fight for change. We will welcome you with open arms.
To my Black brothers and sisters,
I will never truly understand your pain because I was born white.
But I am outraged and heartbroken that you still have to endure this crushing weight that should’ve been lifted long long ago.
I stand in solidarity with you.
I will continue to use my voice to spread the Spirit of Rock n Roll.
Love, equality, peace, empowerment, support and understanding.
Black Lives Matter.

I’m a musician who tours the world. I meet hundreds of people and greet thousands every day. I see the entire spectrum of skin color, sexual orientation, mental health, age, physical health, religious beliefs, and everything in between from my stage vantage point. I’ve received piles of letters from fans where they share with me their darkest secrets, their hardships and their biggest triumphs. When I raise my horns at the rock show everyone raises their horns with me as a sign of unity, respect and celebration of one another. The Rock Show doesn’t care if you’re a boy or a girl, it doesn’t care about the color of your skin, who you like to kiss, what kind of job you have, or your disability etc... We are all the SAME at the Rock Show. We need to spread that Rock Show mentality beyond the arena...into our streets...into our homes.
Think of it like a family, like if every walk of life was represented by each person in your household, all under the same roof. If a member of your family was being threatened and their life was in danger...you would rally together to support them and protect them.
Well, right now members of our Human Race Family are hurting. The Black Community needs all of our support. And that means educating yourself on the weight this country has placed on the neck of the black community since the dawn of its existence. Those roots run deep, so a day, a week or a month of solidarity is not enough to truly eradicate racism. Understand that if you are of any other skin color, that you will not fully understand the pain they are going through. You can’t possibly relate... But what you you can do is stand up for your fellow family member, and stand beside them in this final fight for equality!
And this notion of loving one another is not a political opinion or a side you choose...it is a fundamental truth. And if you don’t agree with that basic human notion that we are all inherently born with...than You are one of the bad guys. And for some of you, that isn’t Your fault. Some of you were taught by your parents to be scared of people who have a different skin color, because that’s how they were raised by their parents and so on. But the beautiful thing about learning, is that you can Unlearn. You need to take a moment and place yourself in the shoes of your fellow man. Ask yourself how would you feel if the tables were turned?
It is up to each one of us individually to find ways to inspire change now!
Use your voice.
Silence is like walking the other way when your best friend is getting beat up by a bully. Do something or say something. Even if you were raised to love one another and know you aren’t racist, there is still a bubble of privilege around you if you are white, especially if you are white and male. Recognize it, know that is indeed a fact...then ask yourself, what are you going to do about it?
Just like we do at the Rock Show, we must all unite together for change. If it’s not ALL hands on deck, change will never come, and history will be doomed to repeat itself.
This country has been tolerating a pro-bully- dinosaur mentality for far too long. It’s time to evolve.
Youth, don’t make the same mistakes your parents did. Don’t fear, hate or discriminate against people who are different from you. And parents, teach your kids not only to love but to be in awe of everyone’s differences.
Because the truth is yes, we are all independently unique but underneath all the petty differences, we are all the same. We are all born, we bleed, we love, we live, and we die. And as far as we know we only get one time around on this ride. So make it count! What did you stand for? When given the choice between spreading love or spreading hate...what did you choose?
I choose Love
I choose solidarity
I choose Hope
I choose equality
I choose peace
I choose empowerment
We can do this.
And just because some of our leaders in this country choose to ignite hate and dissonance... doesn’t mean that you have to follow them.
Our country is supposed to be Liberty and Justice For ALL. Not Liberty and Justice for “some”.
So, the most PATRIOTIC thing that you can do, is to stand up against those leaders who obviously don’t understand what “We The People” need and deserve.
Be the bigger American.
Vote them out.
Spread awareness, and seek out the truth.
I know given the circumstances over the years, voting might seem small, and perhaps hopeless. But that simply is NOT true. Never let anyone make you believe your vote doesn’t count or your voice doesn’t matter. Anyone who says that does not deserve your attention. We can’t give up! We must put all of our collective efforts into changing our leadership.
Just like in Rock n Roll... it’s Better to go all in and risk failure than to not even try!
And it’s not just about change at the White House, it’s about change everywhere, in every single state. Demand it!
We cannot just sit idly by and tolerate this any longer. The more voices that speak up and speak out, the louder we become...and the louder we become, the less the ignorant can ignore us!
I, Lzzy Hale stand with the black members of my human race family. I support you and I love you. We will fight and overcome this once and for all side by side.
And I will continue to be an ally and an advocate for change, equality, peace, and Justice for All.
With love & rock n roll,
Lzzy Hale

New Rules for a New World
This is what I hope for on the other side of this Pandemic.
In light of this common enemy we now have. It is now clearer than ever that we are all equals. So I hope we all can finally let go of all of our petty differences that have divided us for so long.
There is No gender, Only human. Men and Women doing the same job deserve the same pay, and should not be discriminated against just for having a different set of reproductive organs. It doesn’t matter if you are a straight boy or a straight girl, trans, bi, gay, non-binary, lesbian, pan, queer, or anywhere you personally fall on the grand spectrum we are all the same.
Who we have romantic or sexual relationships with (as long as you are not harming anyone and you have consent of course), is our own individual preference. Our bodies are our own, and how we choose to dress, modify or deal with medical crisis involving Our Bodies, is our Own individual decision.
There is no race, only the human race. Please, no more discrimination over skin color, that’s such and old world, dinosaur mentality. We must evolve and celebrate the beautiful vast array of shades of skin around the world. Shades vary from person to person, it’s not like a whole group of people technically have the same skin tone. There is no white, black, yellow, brown, red...Our skin is our own unique color that we were born with.
We also need to stop fighting over who’s god is bigger,
Religion is a personal choice, and you can choose to believe whatever you want. But don’t look down on, or discriminate against others for how they choose to find peace of mind in this world. The goal is the same, we all strive for faith. And how you choose to express that faith is your Own individual decision.
And enough with the body shaming. Stop shaming each other and stop shaming yourself. We need to be done with this fantasy that there is any “ideal” or “perfect” body. If we are thick, thin, soft, strong squishy, have cellulite, muscles, definition, no definition, round belly, one leg, no hair, a lot of hair etc...non of it matters. Let’s stop comparing ourselves to everyone else and just be unapologetically our individual selves. There’s only One You. We should celebrate each other’s different, unique sizes and shapes!
Maybe on the other side we’ll have a renewed respect for Mother Earth. Our home, our planet. She’s been trying to tell us that she is sick for so long. We keep ignoring her. We all have to do our part, even if it’s small before it’s too late. Because it’s Our future, the future of the human race.
And finally let’s break the stigma for mental health. Raise your horns right now if you yourself have been touched by mental illness, or know someone who has. Chances are All of us just raised our horns to the sky. We are all equal in our quest for mental peace. Everyone has one form or another, from the least to most extreme. We are not alone on this journey. If you see a therapist, it is an act of self love, not an admittance that you are crazy. We all fall into our own category, our own individual space, we are all unique, but completely equal.
In conclusion, when we emerge as a new people let’s be better humans.
All One,
United in Love,
Equality,
and Respect for every
Individually
and
Uniquely
Beautiful
HUMAN.
With all the love and Rock n Roll,
Lzzy Hale

Ladies, let’s make a few promises to ourselves today.
1. We need to stop comparing ourselves to others. No one has a perfect life no matter how perky their boobs are or how young, blonde, thin, thic, plumped lips, tall, famous, rich, successful...or whatever you’re pining after while scrolling through this life.
You are the only you. Be the best at that. Accentuate and highlight all the things about you that make you different. Hang onto those things as weapons in your arsenal. Your Weird is Your SuperPower!
2. We need to stop obsessing about our bodies. Let’s be done worrying about cellulite, the majority of everyone has it somewhere and the only reason we consider it a flaw is because corporations told you it was ugly. Why? Because they want you to buy their cream, or product or gizmo that promises to remove it. Girls, you are desirable...and if anyone Does Not desire you because maybe you have some squish or stretch marks or acne etc...then They are NOT the person that you want to desire you.
3. We need to stop reading comments on social media like they’re biblical. You can’t please everyone all the time. People are going to tell you that they love you, people are going to tell you that they hate you. None of it is etched in stone. It’s just opinions, and everyone’s got one. What really matters is what You think of You. Listen to You. Pay attention to That Voice. Post things for You. Make yourself happy, and be unapologetic about it.
Sending all my love and light to all my Freaky Chicks today!
