Been distracted by cosmic exploration most the week, and also it's getting hot here so the annual erratic schedule is starting to really take effect.

I'm already nocturnal naturally, but it gets so much worse in summer, as well as tending to disappear during the worst stretches of extreme heat/humidity (I'll literally just hibernate for weeks at a time sometimes, because it's so hot my body uses every single damn drop of energy I have keeping my unhealthy ass alive).

I've been floating between a few things for sims here and there, but struggling to finish any of them cause lol attention span.

Primarily been attempting to make a personal edit of the hairlines I use as a sorta 'please hide the fact this character uses the 'no ear preset' better' tattoo overlay thing...it doesn't really look very good, and I'd like to edit in some actually strand-y hairline bits for it to look more like, I dunno, a hairline, but for now, this is at least better than a weird expanse of blank skin.

I've also been working on a personal 'character info sheet' thing since I can never find one I like that much (both in terms of design and what it covers)...and also I love me a good excuse to make some over-designed bullshit in Photoshop for the OC children. A cropped section of the WIP for it:

For this I used custom stencils and brushes, which are just a tool to simplify the drawing and are not necessary for further use of the character in the game.

I've been listening to the song Hier kommt Alex when I suddenly realised that Alex/Alexander is pronounced differently in German than in English lmao. I mean I knew this is the case but it was still a "Wait a minute!" moment for me haha.

So in case anybody wonders what the "canon" pronounciation of Alexander's name is in my story - it's the German one haha. Technically, it should be Алекса́ндр considering his family is Russian but I'm way too used to the German pronounciation of his name by now.

Day 26 of @honeysylvan's AU April Challenge - Animal Hybrid!

I had so so many options for this & could've gone in a million different directions... This originally started as a nod to my Cult of the Lamb renders (I thought about going for an interpretation of the goat), but then it just became... satyr

& if this looks a bit familiar... 😬 I used these hoofs (hooves? hoofs?) and tail in my high fantasy edit buuuuuut I felt they needed a comeback cause I really like them lmfao

& yeahhhhh this could be either fairytale or high fantasy too but yknow what I'm a fantasy girlie so here we go lmfao
