Good places to eat Liver and Onions in LA?

me and my cats fav treat on Friday nights are liver and onions but I fired my fucking chef cause she put super glue in my soup when I didn't give her Christmas off. So now I don't know where to get it from cause she used to always just do it. TBH don't even know what animal liver comes from and what part of the animal it is lol. Anyways, help ur girl out plsss
