Kenyon Court Kitchen

What can I say? HUGE transformation when it comes to this first floor kitchen renovation. By removing a load bearing and replacing it with a LVL beam, we were able to transform this space from cramped and dull to bright, spacious and chic. From the new porcelain tile floor to the fresh crown and everything in between. This custom kitchen is this new families dream.

All I can say is, that shower is huge! I took this master bathroom from outdated with no storage to fresh, transitional and spacious. Removing the corner tub and replacing it with a wall to wall double vanity was the best decision ever made. This now allows both homeowners to get ready without fighting! Also, let’s all just take a moment to envy this shower. I mean the size is amazing but that beautiful porcelain tile is life!

All I can say is H E L L O! Look at that island!! We took this custom homes kitchen to the next level with the gorgeous 9′-0″ double sided waterfall island. Our client was living with a mediocre kitchen that did not match her beautiful home so, of course we did not hold back. Who knew function and beauty could be wrapped up in such a small kitchen? White shaker cabinets, bold quartz counters and a beautiful dark stain on the island. Finally, this custom built home has a kitchen that is just a beautiful as it is.

Took out an old wood finish kitchen and added in this new sleek clean white kitchen with a complementary grey island. Shaker inspired door style, brushed nickel hardware, 2″ thick Quartz counters and a beautifully designed island for family events or a simple breakfast in the morning. This kitchen filled in a entry way into the dinning room but it was totally worth the extra space. Storage with a floor to ceiling pantry, drawer pullouts and epic corner cabinet pullouts makes this kitchen ready for any event. But really, let’s all just appreciate how that floor balances this whole space. All of the yes.

What is there even to say about this beautiful navy 50’s inspired kitchen. By taking out the wall between the kitchen and living-room, we were able to create this amazing open concept on this bungalows main floor. Navy shaker tongue and grove style base cabinets paired with simple shaker white uppers and gold hardware accents AH! a must have.

This clean line high gloss Italian Melamine desk was designed to make a big statement in a smaller scale room. Partnered up with James from Rent-A-Gent to design this beautiful unique 50’s inspired kitchen.  We decided to knock down a wall in the 1950’s bungalow to open the kitchen right up to the front room. Adding in a reclaimed finished beam to support the load will add a unique detail and the perfect complement to this kitchen. With navy blue bases and off white uppers this kitchen has retro inspired elements that are updated with modern touches. Matte gold finished hardware pulls, shaker door with 1/4″ round detail uppers and tongue and grove shaker style bases all are pulled together with Calcutta Gold Quartz counter and simple white subway tile back splash accompanied with dark grout.  Check back in for the finished project!

  Due to an unfortunate leak, both the kids bathroom and master bath had to be renovated in the most cost saving yet, up to date way. This budget friendly bathroom renovation was completed for the lovely price of about $3200. I was able to update the bathroom with fresh clean finishes and the homeowners were able to do all the work themselves. Check out the video below for a full walk through of the space.
