These past few days has been a roller coaster of feelings. I had the worst anxiety attack which led me to a relapse. It's so sad to think how some people belittle depressions and anxiety attacks. It's the worst phase that you can go through. But little by little I am pushing through. Of course, I couldn't do this without the help of the people who are around me. You guys made me realize how worthy life can be. If you're going through the same situation that I'm going through, just look at the people who are around you and cares so much about you. I know we can do it. I know we can push through this. Be strong. Not only for you but for the people who loves you. #fightanxietyanddepression #loveyourlife #dontgivein
