How could teachers keep on making their students do what they hate the most? Probably some of them. Like oral presentations, let's be real. Not all students are confident enough to present in front of their classmates and teachers. Why? They're scared af. They have anxieties that ruins it. But why can't they understand that? They tell you, "don't worry it's going to be okay" "you can do it" "it will just come by in a flash" "Don't think about it too much" fycking hell no we can't! We're so scared. We think that if we mess up they'll laugh at us, they'll think that we're stupid because we can't do it or wtf is he/she is talking about? We're conscious of what people might think because we don't want to disappoint them. But in the end we always do. Can't they just consider things first before they make us do it? Like, "what if there are some students who can't do it since they have problems?" Then they can just make the students feel comfortable so that they can approach them and tell them that they can't and are willing to do other things than presenting orally. Yes I know they need to do it for experience and to boost their confidence to help them. But not all can do it. NOT EVERYONE CAN. /I NEED TO SLEEP DAMN i need to stop this Lol me

Education is the key to success? How? If the tuition is high? Some people can't get in school Because they can't afford it. Its not all about knowledge Sometimes what people truly needs To be successful Is wisdom and humility What is the use of your knowledge If you you're not wise enough? If you're not humble to other people? Nothing. It won't take you places Keep in mind that Being wise and humble is better Than just beeing knowledgeable For it will make you successful /okay this is the worst i made so far but gonna post it bc i can and I want to lol. Its just what I'm thinking right now.

Coping Up With Anxiety
First, let me give you a short definition. Anxiety is a feeling of worry, nervousness, or unease which I feel right now. Of course, who wouldn’t be nervous standing in front of the class and delivering a speech individually? Right? Now, anxiety, we all feel it, especially when we are about to perform something important, like this. Anxiety is like, I worry about school. I’m worried because I worry about school. See? But, how do we cope up with it? Its not easy I tell you, it will never be easy, especially for someone who is in a serious disorder. People who inherit or develop a nervous temperament see the ordinary world as threatening and if they do not learn to cope up with it, will react to minor threats as if they were major. Hence the persistent and pervasive worrying.
Do you know the feeling of being so worried that you end up overthinking things and they turn out negatively? Having cold or sweaty hands or feet? Shortness of breath? Heart palpitations? Not being able to be still and calm? Doesn’t it irritates you? It does right? This is one of the most frustrating thing about anxiety disorder, knowing as you’re freaking out that there’s no reason to be freaked out but lacking the ability to shut the emotion down. You know what? Being like that isn’t a sign of weakness it means you are trying to remain strong for far too long. Why? Some people can’t even keep up with their disorder that they would just end their life just because they think they can’t do it anymore. Do you know why people have anxiety? Its because of other people. They judge them base on what they see even though they don’t even know that person’s story behind his or her actions. If only the society isn’t like that, if only they would just let that person, like oh she has an anxiety or oh his actions are a bit weird something might happened rather than judging them thinking that oh! Look at her she looks so funny and then you and your circle of friends would laugh at that person. You see? You just worsen the person’s illness.
Then, how do we cope up with it? First is you do something that would distract you to that specific event that kept on making you anxious. You need to relax for a while. Don’t think about it too much. You should always look in the bright side of things which would motivate you. Speaking of motivation, find something or someone that would motivate you, like reading a book, writing songs, poems or stories, watch your favourite artist, singer, band or whoever it is whom you know his or her story and make that as your motivation thinking that if he or she can do it that means you can too.
At first it might not be easy but you have to take things little by little so you can adjust yourself and be able to recover. Not all things happen overnight, you work for it to gain something good. You can say this as your mantra every time you feel anxious, I will breathe. I will think of solutions. I will not let my stress level break me. I will simply breathe and it will be okay because I don’t quit. To finish my speech I want you all to remember this, as Karen Salmansohn said, Stop living in the land of “Why?” There are no happy answers to “Why Me?” “Why Didn’t I?” “Why Did I?” If you must, ask any questions, ponder: “How can I grow?” “What’s in my control to change?” “What’s a gain in my pain?”
P.s. there are parts of the parapgraph where I got it from the internet but i wasn’t able to save the links lol.
THIS WAS MY SPEECH A WHILE AGO HAHAHA

Idiot
She doesn’t see you as a best friend She only sees you as a friend Someone who has a mutual like Not someone who can share her whole life So stop expecting her to treat you like how you treat her Because she would never.

The day has come to an end, and its our time to go home and rest, as we remove our stress and relax ourselves. The night gets deeper, as thoughts goes deeper. I replay the things I’ve done today, the regrets I feel when I should’ve done better. But as I sleep I feel a lot better. - m.a.b

Nothing is original. Steal from anywhere that resonates with inspiration or fuels your imagination. Devour old films, new films, music, books, paintings, photographs, poems, dreams, random conversations, architecture, bridges, street signs, trees, clouds, bodies of water, light and shadows. Select only things to steal from that speak directly to your soul.
