To then only to be deemed too dangerous, and was hunted down in the my only home which was also my cell…

To then explode, destroying my cell yet only home…But also taking my Mom/sister with it.

To then being blamed for her death, and indefinitely being put in stasis…

To then being forced to relive that one night, that night where I watched my twin, my sister, my sudo-mom die over and over again for 50 years….

I too would crash the fuck out on the government.

FLOWERS OF INNOCENCE AND DEATH

I love Dark Beginnings, because here...

have Shadow imaging being tucked into bed by Maria, while they are surrounded by a field of fucking lilies. THE FUNERAL FLOWER.

Like I can just imagine Shadow waiting for Maria to get out of the some treatment in the viewing area and Maria finally comes by but he's asleep so she tucks him in like a baby.

And then Movie 3 is like, here is them "alive" having this heart to heart moment that made everyone question the relationship, cuz that's the cool part of Shadow and Maria in how it's supposed to make everyone uncomfortable.

Because yes, you will be arguing on at the dinner after the movie with normies who think that it's as weird as "The Shape of Water" but they used fucking DAISES. Or my cousin who drank too many mimosas and thought Shadow was hot.

THE FLOWER OF INNOCENCE ALONG WITH LILIES.

LIKE THEY ARE BABIES. Shadow literally had nothing but Maria. He would've followed her to the ends of the Earth if it meant he didn't have to lose her. Because yeah his life sucked but at least he had her. That was his only family. His only home. Like the chemistry was there. Alyla acted against a ball and the chemistry was there like tf.

I don’t think I’ll ever get over how happy Maria was in every universe to meet her brother/ son for the first time

nor do I think I’m ever going to forget how Shadow reacts to the death of his mom/ sister in every universe

My little head cannon here is that Maria didn’t die instantly here

Like just imagine… shadow and Gerald get knocked out, while Maria came semi-conscious for alittle bit. but she can’t really move, and she can’t see. All she can hear is ringing, and intense heat. heat that makes her try to move away, but her body won’t listen to her.

It’s like moving through water, slow then the ringing turns into her staggered breathing then the intense pounding of her failing heart. And she’s so scared I can only imagine she tries calling out to Shadow and her grandfather but she can’t speak. To much ash in her mouth.

and then she gets really scared… scared that they are both hurt. scared that she is going to die alone

Because she is dying…. In her last moments she’s hoping that Shadow can hold her hand. like he always did, it made them both feel better.

But he wasn’t there.. and she did die all alone, never knowing what happened to her family.
