Platt Home - THE SIMS 3
" This home was modeled after our childhood home - though it's got more floors and is more luxurious than it was. This gated home has 5 bedrooms abd three bathroom inside of the home, along with two studios, an indoor gym and 2 living rooms. There is an apartment over the 3 car garage with it's own bedroom, full bath and kitchen. There is also a large back porch with a pool and fire pit in the backyard. "
This house uses furniture from all of the expansions and some custom content that we have lost track of. Thankfully, Sims 3 should automatically replace custom content items - if don't have them - to Sims 3 items.

Hello and welcome to Mad Hatter Designs! Soon you will be able to find houses for TS3 and TS4 by the artistically talented Miss Hatterness. I am your host, Kyeri - and also her sister - and I will be updating for her on her latest designs.
