Coastal Part One - ts3 version

Okay we're going to kindly ignore my awful preview and focus only on the items lol

Was requested to convert the build items of this set and did as much as I could but some items were too similar to already existing cc or were too tall to be resized and fitted to ts3 walls. So as little gift I also added 4 items I did for myself a while ago hehe

This set includes two shelves, deco bin, a sink, a fruit bowl, a pitcher with utensils, mugs, and wall decorations. The shelves require Generations. The sink animation looks weird. This is one of my all time favorite sets but I had to sacrifice a few items due to their offensive polycount.. anyway here's some items I managed to convert <3

x Mid-High poly meshes! I don't recommend using these items for gameplay, but also these aren't the best choice if your PC struggles with high poly cc :s Polycount list is under the cut.

x All items are non-recolorable with very few exceptions that can be recolored, however all items include a mask in case you want to change their shininess (;

Record Store Part 1 by Simmila

Today I bring you conversion of Simmila's Record Store Part 1, This pack is focused on thrift shop or record store/music store. This set includes clutters for your record store, neon sign, posters, and displays. I do really love the details that Simmila put on her set.

I decided to remove the slot of Vinyls Display so you can freely decorate with Omedapixel's Sims 3 Decorator Tools or with OMSP.

The shelves require Generations. All files are compressed.

ts3 - summer solstice i released a while ago the same set for ts4 (click!) and I really wanted it in ts3. there were few polycount issues, although i think everything is now okay. everything is 4-8k, except lemon basket and plant dl: sfs
