Some concepts for an undertale au I’m working on. Just something I’m cooking up on the side.

I like to think about what made a kid like Frisk resort to a genocide route. And the thing is… you can have a happy ending. But you never really get over the trauma that happened during the journey. Especially when it seems everyone around you seems to make a joke out of nearly killing you as a child. (Or did kill you. Not that they remember.) and I can imagine all of those emotions… building up.

I've fallen into the Cookie run kingdom hole and it's all thanks to these two.

Their dynamic is so interesting to me. I love how pure vanilla comes to terms with the parts of himself that he always keeps inside thanks to shadow milk's relentless pushing. And it in turn blows up in shadow milk's face. He wanted someone by his side for so long and was going to do everything to keep the one person who understands him by his side.

But turning pure vanilla into him, sharing their soul jam, letting him truly understand shadow milk's deepest desires that he hides behind deceit. Allowed him to in turn use it against shadow milk. He knew shadow milk wanted someone by his side. And used his loneliness against him.

I honestly think they could form a genuine relationship. Shadowmilk so far is the only beast I can see being able to redeem themselves. I really hope he can learn to open up to pure vanilla's kindness before it's too late.

I’ve been trying to get into my art in one way or another. So I decided to draw up some horrortale! The original comic is legitimately amazing and I’m really excited for it to continue in March.
