Coming forward, she examined the metal, "If there is any help to be found, I believe Ayl's most despised sibling to be your best option. His name is Ras and he may be found directly here... momentarily." A flapping of wings was heard overhead and three large Ravens landed in the trees, one far larger than the other two, was approximately the size of a golden eagle. "Be polite."
"A bargain has been struck and terms accepted! Madeline grinned, "Yes. Tell me now." Technically ‘when’ had not been listed in the deal, "Unless you wish to bargain a time and place to tell me?" She was getting the idea that Krampus was not as pleased with the idea of so much haggling as she was.

"Are you offering me undergarments?" She laughed and waved the idea away as well as the rest of his ideas, "Boring. Do I look like a magpie? I am female, yes, but also fey. You have made an offer and I have refused, so…" Maddie cocked her head at Krampus as she thought, "You will tell me of what is between yourself and The Common Raven, as well as one hug each year at a time and place previously arranged."

"So offer an alternative." The changeling let herself fall from the branch and flipped in the air to land on her feet, "I do not know what you are able to provide. If I came up with the entire deal, we would be at this all day while you denied what I asked for."

Madeline pouted, “Very well!” she called after him, “Do not leave. That is not how you bargain. If you do not like the terms, you must provide an alternative offer. Do demons not know how to barter? Are you not supposed to trade in souls?”

"I do wish to know… but that is no longer enough. Certain creatures are not lightly mentioned. I think that in addition to telling me of your relationship with the Unseelie, Ayl, I should be able to call you to me at any time and be allowed to hug you then."

Giggling, she rested her chin on her palm “What will you give me?” Madeline swung a leg hard so that she fell back, tightening her legs around the branch and hanging upside down. She had to twist her torso and crane her head to keep an eye on the demon.

"Whatever you say!" Maddie grinned, noting that however much the goat protested, he had not actually left, "Surely I would be of absolutely no help against such a foe." The finch’s tone was gleefully sarcastic, "Nor could I send you in the best direction of help. Not I."

"Very well. A useful name.” She raised brows at his insistence that trading such information would make ‘more problems’, “Bet you are already in trouble… You are on the wrong end of a bargain with Ayl, aren’t you?”

"One other? I don’t even know who you are talking about, so why would I care about this person’s name?" Krampus pinned his ears stubbornly. "I will take nothing, I simply do not want to tell you." He crossed his arms over his chest with a grunt. "And even if I did tell you, it could very well cause more problems. Which I do not want."

"I said the name of one other." Maddie pouted that he wouldn't trade with her, "and it is not in a shrine. Tell me what you would take as trade for answers to my question." Now that the previous transaction was over, she felt that she had rather taken the short end of the stick. She was most certainly not going to accept anything less than a twenty-count-long hug if she saw him again.
"I care not for other people that I have met. They are simply a faded memory, so why bother bringing them up." He turned around to face her with an arched brow. "If you mean where those brats hid it, I’d rather not know. They probably put it in a shrine or something."

"Back where? Trade you where you are going and why you want the information for the name of the other bird you met and the name of one other." Sitting on a branch, she swung her feet back and fourth in the air, "I can even tell you what happened to the stupid rock you puked up." The changeling smirked.
"I have no interest in mating with you." Or anyone, for that matter. Krampus rolled his eyes and watched her climb the tree for a few moments before turning on his hoof. “I must get back.”

"Boooring." Madeline pouted, "One game and one bargain. I could do better with the Underland demon. At least he is a good fuck." She stretched and circled the closest tree, "Bet that was all you had to bargain with anyway." Strong arms pulling her quickly upwards, the finch started to climb the tree.
"That was not a part of our deal. I have no reason to tell you." He grunted before standing up and dusting himself off, fixing his scarf which was hiding what was around his neck. "I should probably get going now. It was nice meeting you."

"Turned more sadistic." Madeline corrected, "He is Unseelie they are the dark side of the coin." She wrapped her arms around him as best she could and gave a five second squeeze, "Why do you wish to know of Ayl?"
"He’s only 1400 years old? He’s not even half my age." Krampus mentally sighed at all of the information and flicked his ears when they were touched. He was not fond of her petting, but he was trying to be tolerant. "So from the loss of his lover he turned sadistic and tore a nation apart single-handedly? Damn." Krampus tilted his head back to look at her and snorted, nostrils flaring slightly as he debated on the amount of information given to him. "Fine." He said, agreeing on the hug. "But no longer than five seconds."

Grinning, the half-fey started out by running each hand along a horn, feeling the ridges as she crept her fingers all the way to the tips, “Ayl is a very old Unseelie fey. He was born almost 1400 years ago to the raven god Kutkh and a Raven fey. He lived in his father’s home territory which is somewhere very north and cold. At some time, he moved to Greece. I do not know when, but that must have been where he earned his Stymphalian Gift.” She had moved around to stand behind Krampus, playing her fingers through the fur around the base of his horns, and behind his ears before petting down the back of his head, “He gained a lover named Molo, I don’t know when. About 450 years ago, war broke out between the Seelie and Unseelie fey and Molo was killed very early. Nobody knows who did it, but Ayl swore vengeance against his elder half brother who he claims did not properly protect their flock.” Madeline’s hands smoothed over the demons shoulders, "Since then he has split the Unseelie Ravens from the Raven flock, and has waged his own war against his half brother, taking and torturing the people he half brother has tried to keep safe. There have been several mortals including but not limited to humans, a Neverland Fairy and an Underland Demon. And the last bit is that while Ayl hates his older Seelie half brother, as far as I know, he cares about his younger Seelie half sister though..." The changeling sighed, now stroking at the fur on Krampus' pectorals, "I do no know how much he knows of her condition. Do I get to hug you now?"
Maddie narrowed her eyes, but nodded, “Deal. A bargain has been struck and agreed upon.” She strode forward and looked up at the much taller creature, “but you are going to have to bend down if you do not want me to get up on your shoulders.”

"The one who I know of by that name is not a man." Madeline was deadly serious now, "But I accept the bargain to tell you of this creature in exchange for petting your fur and horns... and I am allowed to hug you one time for every time we meet."
"I have information." Madeline shrugged, "But if you do not care to know, then I will go steal a goat to play with." She knew he said that he didn’t care about what his ‘bird people’ were, but if he really did wish to know, it was an easy trade.
