As seems to be a common theme in my life, I’m slowly returning from a spell of inactivity. To be fair, it’s been a weird could of months. It started with my best furry friends declining health and my decision to set aside everything to spoil the heck out of him in his last weeks of life. At the same time, I left a much-loved and comfortable job for something completely new and unfamiliar with many more working hours than I’ve been used to for the past 3 years. And very shortly after that, I moved into an apartment of my own. I’m just now feeling like things are settling back into place, though I know the adjustment period is far from over. Juggling my new work schedule with my art is going to be a challenge, as I only have a few free hours a day to do everything that I need to. . But anyways, here’s my first new project, which is actually a really old project that I’m finally getting around to finishing.
