I cannot tell you how much the "Light it up" scene ruined me. It gave me goosebumps and by the end I was sobbing. It was beautiful and shattering at the same time, just like all the latest books written by Sarah J. Maas. Bryce's story is powerful and meaningful to all of us who recognize a bit of ourselves in her.

It is why I chose this to be my first post of 2023. I'm not in the habit of making New Year resolutions, but I do want 2023 to be meaningful. Raw, truthful and beautiful. We'll see how that goes.

Hello everyone! For my very first post, I chose a fanart of Feyre from A Court of Thorns and Roses, written by Sarah J. Maas. Her books carried me through some very hard times and I'm incredibly grateful to be able to enjoy her stories. I firmly believe that artists and writers alike are the healers of the heart.
