120 cal pepperoni pizza


Hand for size reference
1 low carb whole wheat tortilla (50 cal)
2 tbsp Walmart organic tomato sauce (7.5 cal)
¼ cup or 4 tbsp of Kraft fat free mozzarella cheese (45 cal)
4 slices of turkey pepperoni (17.5 cal)
Italian seasoning (0 cal)
Baked on rack at 400 for 5 minutes, may lower the temp next time to not burn the edges.
Good as regular pizza? No. I prefer a thick, buttered garlic crust. Satisfies pizza craving? Yes.
Happy with the cheese, was afraid it wouldn’t melt because it was fat free, but melted nicely. May try some zero cal butter spray and garlic season on the crust next time before adding sauce. Big enough for a meal, low cal enough to binge on 2 to not hate myself or throw me off the whole day.
