okay okay some brief omegaverse thoughts.

i notice that 99% of the omega!billy fics out there have him hiding his status and like. as much as i love the idea of him trusting someone enough to reveal a secret like that, i also really love the idea of billy just being the most eligible bachelor in hawkins. all the alphas are desperate to have him, all the omegas are desperate to be him. he hides his status at home still, for sure, but out in public he flaunts his scent— roses and dark chocolate, heady and sweet in all the right ways. it’s only a matter of time before he’ll finally get the attention of the stupid brunette alpha in his gym class.
