I feel like we haven’t discussed how debilitating and jarring it would be to have 16 YEARS worth of memories ripped away from you in seconds. The last thing Mae remembers is being 8 years old; imagine being 8 and waking up in the body of a 24 year old. Imagine living with your moms and suddenly you’re an adult and everyone you’ve ever known is dead.
Does Mae have to relearn everything that was taken from her??? How to pilot a ship? How to swim? How to cook for herself? I don’t think we’ve grasped how devastating this is.

brb I have to go stare at a wall for 59 hours about how Mae wiping Pip was foreshadowing for Mae eventually being wiped herself. yeah I might scream too. yeah I can't speed it up

loveee that mae, failsith of all time, managed to get both a beaver alien and a pocket droid on her side. every other attempt she’s made at friendship or connection failed horribly , but the woodland creatures came though. she’s basically a disney princess

I’m still trying to wrap my head around why Mae decided to be mind wiped in the finale lol
for reasons other than the KOTOR1/Revan vibes

the dichotomy of osha waking up after brendok and being surrounded by her new jedi friends, being hugged, being held. she's sad, but sol tells her she won't feel like that ever again, and they're taking her to the temple, where there are plenty of other people (and kids!) just like her. they're taking her to a new home. versus mae, who fell. mae, who (probably unconscious at the bottom of that reactor shaft) had to wake up alone. mae who had to pull herself out of that pit, only to find herself surrounded by the bodies of her mothers', of all the women, the family that raised her. nothing but the dead in a destroyed, burning home. on top of that, her sister is gone too, and she probably thinks she's the one that killed osha with the fire. (i guess partly what i'm saying is that if i was mae, i would've snapped a bit too)

wait so indara was the last to the scene so she can see the dead mother (mother aniseya) but does she know it’s a jedi who killed her?? ig a lightsaber would is v visible but now episode one interaction comes back to me
mae: attack me with all your strength
indara: jedi don’t attack weaponless ppl
mae: yes, you do
like it’s crazy to pin the blame on mae of the actions that killed the entirety of her people,,,,,,,, she is the only living witness of the truth!!!! presumed dead but now alive?? I cannot wait to see her confrontation of sol like wow next episode will be crazyyyy
