hi everyone! i'm here with an announcement: this blog is on hiatus for an indefinite period of time. i'm very sorry to have baited you into interacting only to stop drawing all of a sudden but the silence i kept while trying to bring myself to draw again was probably worse, so i wanted to let you know.

i'm not actively interested in this fandom anymore and i seem to be unable to draw for it. maybe another fandom will help, maybe not, we'll see. i may return to it at some point, but for now,

if anyone wants to take over this blog, please dm me!

i think i can make you a mod, if not, we'll figure something out. i still have over twenty asks that i haven't drawn anything for. some of them are genuinely such great suggestions, i really don't want it all to go into the void. if no one wants to take this blog, i might still publish the askbox (if that's okay with you all? i mean, i won't be showing anything i wouldn't have posted otherwise, it's just your asks) so that any artist that loves maedhros could use it as inspiration. that way, at least some of your requests might still be filled.

again, i'm sorry it turned out this way, especially to those whose asks i haven't filled yet (some i've even started working on 😭). i love your suggestions so much, i hope one day i'll draw some of them, at least, or someone else does instead. take care 💖

this is a blog about where maedhros SHOULD be. that is, places he would be happy in or at least places it would be funny for him to be in. so no, i won't be putting him in a cardboard box or in the star wars lava set (sorry about that one) or wherever else i don't feel like putting him
