Who are these women and why are we posting a photo of them?? No…we are definitely not like most swimwear brands...These are the women of a small fishing village off the coast of Mozambique, Africa. In just 10 years their fishing village saw an 88% decrease in manta ray populations due to unsustainable fishing practices and the rise in popularity of the Gill Trade. Two huge heavy wet sandy salty hugs and kisses to all of you guys that ordered bikinis over the weekend! I was both overwhelmed and ecstatic about the response. It feels so REVIVING to know we are not alone and that there are so many of you out there, giving an ethical sh*t about the products you buy and the impact you have on our planet.
