Advanced Cash On Delivery Restrictions extension will check whether customer group is restricted or shipping address is matching with the list of restricted states, or postcodes and then extension will automatically restrict Cash On Delivery payment method in the checkout page. If the customer's shipping address (State or Postcode) is matched with admin configuration, then the COD payment method will not be available for the customer to place the order.
