(Sorry for my bad English) Hello! I have a question, I want to create a new save to play immersive seb for the first time and I was waiting for the update. But I'm so anxious! If I start now, will I lose a lot of things (events, dialogues, etc.) at the beginning after the update?

Hi! It depends on whether you want to do the long story version or the standard one. The standard version will not change much with the update, so you can play that now. If you want the full long version, that's all in the update so you'd want to wait for that, or plan to start again after the update comes out.

would the Marry Me mod work with your sebsastian mod? it allows love interests to propose to you instead of the other way around

Actually, all my romance mods include reverse proposals so if you install this, it will likely derail the event flow. In Marry Me, your relationship status is changed to Engaged when you accept, so there is no option to complete any pre-marriage content and the engagement event in my mod will be skipped.

However, I am working with the author of Marry Me to make my mods compatible by either disabling a character in that mod, or some other method.

Side quest: Dire Wolf

(Beta as we work out bugs) As soon as the Custom Mounts framework came out, I was all over it! After some initial beta testing and bug fixes for the framework, I now have a dire wolf option to ride around Stardew!

what do you mean by spouse buildings in your pinned?

This is just an idea I have, but it's not really planned out yet. Basically, it would be an option to have a building with an interior map catered to a character, such as a garage for Seb, indoor skate park for Sam, indoor gym for Alex, photography studio for Haley, that can be placed on the farm or near one of the farm entrances so it can be included in the spouse schedule.

It's coming along, but still has quite a bit of coding to be done :) Of course it turned out to be much bigger than I had planned, as all my Sebastian updates tend to be!

would you ever consider an immersive mod for shane?

Hi! I don't have any plans for a Shane mod, I'd have a really hard time writing for a character in that trope for many reasons. There is a good Immersive Shane mod out there by tenthousandcats, in case you haven't seen it, and you can pair it with a Shane events mod.

Just want to thank you for the Sebastian expansion. I just picked up the game after abandoning it for a while and am looking forward to trying it all out. I've always loved him, except for his confusing first event. You walk in uninvited and bothering him while he's working and he wants you to stay, but the entire cutscene is him complaining to you about people bothering him while he's working. Anyway, thanks for the mod, I'm going to go try it out now and am really looking forward to it!

I always thought it was funny in these kinds of games where you just barge in everyone's house and inspect all their stuff... even take things, LOL!!

Mod status update: Friendship mods

Currently, I'm working on a few large projects, Sebastian's v4 update, Immersive Lance, and Killian OC. Tohtalem OC is still in progress as well.

Since all of these are huge projects and will take some time, I'm also throwing together Friendship mods as a quick and easy break from coming up with all this new content. The friendship mods are for currently for Sebastian, Sam, and Alex. They will include dialogue up to 8 hearts and their main storyline events with a friend focus instead of romance. These mods will play nicely together, so you can choose romance for one, and friend for the others with no conflicts or awkward dialogue!

If you've played the Romance mod for any of these characters, the friendship one will be similar, but with a streamlined story focused on becoming friends. There will be some cross-over dialogue depending on which mods you have installed. Since these are simpler than the romance mods (about 800 lines of dialogue vs 3,000 or more), I may make friendship dialogue expansions for Abigail, Haley, and possibly others as inspiration strikes.

Map update for Killian on Nexus, this map is an entire new area, and I'll be learning how to add map effects after I finish building the thing!

Immersive Sebastian v4 Update: Still happening...

This update is a bit (read a LOT) bigger than I realized, so I'm taking my time with it to make sure it's all done correctly. There's quite a bit of conditional code and dialogue being added along with around 20 new events, and new bouquet/proposal events, all exclusively for the Slow Burn route. Since everything is event based, I'll have it thoroughly tested before releasing the update since the timing needs to be exactly right.

Year 1 new events and pacing are done, so now I'm on to year 2 with a bunch of new events to add a lot of relationship building! (And a blanket fort, because why not?)

Robin: "Sebby, remember I'm going to be out of town for a few days at a Women in Construction support conference, so I'll be counting on you to man the counter. Maru is in the middle of her doctorate thesis project and I don't trust Demetrius to remember what day it is, heh!" Sebastian: "Sure…" Robin: "I don't mind if you want to ask one of your friends to help, but you'll have to do the work since they don't know how the shop runs and you do." Sebastian: "Yep…" Robin: "Alright, I'm off to catch the bus, be safe and remember to eat a decent lunch at least." Sebastian turns to farmer: "Ugh… I hate manning the counter, I never know what I'm supposed to say and people ask the most random things. Most of it has nothing to do with carpentry projects."

Farmer now has an excuse to spend more time with Sebastian and help him deal with running the shop :)

Killian OC Update: Maps

Killian's main map is slowly coming together, so many assets to draw!! It's based on the ruins of an ancient garden.

These images don't have the atmospheric filters since I haven't loaded it in the game yet.

If I made sticker sheets with my sprites like this, would you be interested in such a thing? I'll have a booth at a convention next year and will make some art to sell :D (single sticker example, I plan to make sheets with like 5 or 6 different designs for each romanceable character)
