the idea that restrooms, locker rooms, etc need to be single-sex spaces in order for women to be safe is patriarchy's way of signalling to men & boys that society doesn't expect them to behave themselves around women. it is directly antifeminist. it would be antifeminist even if trans people did not exist. a feminist society would demand that women should be safe in all spaces even when there are men there.

I don’t normally do this, but times are hard, life is hectic, and my laptop is broken. As some of you know, 15 days ago, I hurt my foot by straining my ankle on a fall. Went to a second evaluation today and heard more of the same: rest, ice, meds, which I did get today, plus a cream that is supposed to bring some relief to the swelling.

But, it'd be really helpful to get one of those stabilizers. The prescribed one is around $40, but I did some searching and found a pretty similar for almost half that price, so around 25?

Help this disabled poc lesbian have some relief, especially cause I'm a caretaker, and I can't be off my feet as long as they want me to (I'm trying my best, though). I can obviously provide pics or whatever of my injury.
