Hi its that time again...

Happy Pride Month! My roommate and I need money for our phone bills, food, cat food, and rent swiftly coming up.

We just barely escaped Utah for pride month and need some assistance still staying on our feet while we are figuring things out here. We still dont have beds because they are expensive. :(

If we can scrape together ~$600 this will cover all our expenses for the next month and get us fully set up!

I dont start my new job for a few weeks so we are still relying on others for now, we have no income as of right now and I wont have a paycheck coming in for weeks (the first paycheck will probably be eaten up entirely by rent!)

We need $150 USD to cover phone bills (3 month plan) and then a few hundred for food, credit card bills, electricity, and getting furniture like Mattresses and Bedframes that we were unable to take with us in the move... As well as new state identification, which is $50 each and requires a Doctors visit in order to obtain. (IDK how much that will even cost here...)

Anything in the world helps us out since it will be more than our $0! Everything really does add up. A few strangers pitching what they can spare turns into a very impactful amount of money for us in no time.

Ahed’s last donation was three days ago. His fundraiser supports Ahed, his wife, and their three young daughters who are all under the age of ten to survive the gaza genocide. One of his daughters needs medical treatment for her legs, but they don’t have the funds to access it. I beat the Silent Hill 2 remake twice (well, technically 4 times) before I have to return it to the library in a few days, here are just some random thoughts I have.

- First time around I got Leave, like most people.

- I understand that James is a very complex character and I really like him in that sense. However I also hate him for reasons that tie back to my personal life in ways I don’t want to discuss publicly. Anyone who tries to push me to talk about it or speculates about it is immediately getting blocked. Regardless, insanely well written character. Heather is still my favorite SH character tho.

- I’m one of those folks that grew up with games where you could take notes in the manual. Since they don’t do that anymore (boooo) I have a little notebook purely for video game notes. This game took up quite a few pages.

- Abstract Daddy is by far the most horrific thing I have encountered in a video game. I knew about it beforehand and that did not stop me from feeling scared, angry, and distraught during the fight. I had to step away from the game during and after the fight multiple times. It was a lot to handle.

- Angela’s story affected me the most out of everything in this game. Thankfully, I have never been abused in such a way but it was a somber reminder that there are so many people who have experienced, and are currently experiencing CSA. My heart breaks for all of you, I hope every survivor is able to heal and that it is taken more seriously. Because it isn’t taken seriously.

- I actually had a lot of things spoiled for me before playing and I still bawled my eyes out.

- In terms of how impactful it was, Abstract Daddy has to be my favorite boss fight, even though it’s the one I now dread the most. In terms of actual enjoyment, I liked the Eddie fight the most. It was a good challenge, and while not downright scary it was still a bit unsettling even though he’s just a person.

- After unlocking NG+, I wanted to see if I could knock out 3 endings in one full playthrough. I chose to do Dog, Bliss, and In Water. Glad I did because they were the most convenient endings to get in a single playthrough. Dog and Bliss are triggered in the same general area so I just had to reload my save after getting Dog, and again after Bliss so I could continue onto In Water.

- I used this guide to get In Water. I recommend it for anyone trying to get a specific ending of the main 3 and for completionists.

- The chainsaw in NG+ is a godsend and also great for getting In Water because as said in the guide, killing over 350 enemies gives you a point towards In Water.

- I suggest getting In Water on a NG+ playthrough in general. I found myself calculating when I should purposefully get injured so I can spend sections of the game without enemies at low health. The chainsaw makes fighting a lot less difficult so you can plan this out a lot easier.

- Getting one of the 2 joke endings followed by 2 insanely depressing endings causes the intense emotional whiplash you think it would. I had to watch the Dog ending again after Bliss and In Water because oh my god.

- I’m a bit sad they didn’t add the goofy credits this time around for Dog but the ending itself is a lot funnier (not that the original wasn’t funny) and the song still plays during the credits so ultimately I am still very happy with it.

- I already knew what happens during all of the default endings (except for Rebirth) but not the Remake exclusive endings, so my jaw actually dropped during Bliss. When you are able to process what is happening, it hits you like a damn truck.

That isn’t everything but this post is already very long. I plan on renting the game again at some point, not for a while bc it really fucked with me emotionally and when I do I plan on getting the rest of the endings. I can’t believe I’m praising Bloober Team given their past but this was a phenomenal experience. I still plan on playing the original at some point and I’m curious to see the similarities and differences.

I am Falestine, Jad Al-Haq, I am 37 years old, married, and I have a eight-month-old child named Youssef. I gave birth to him during the war during very harsh conditions that no human being can bear. I moved from the hospital immediately after giving birth to the tent in which we were staying after we were displaced to it after the Israeli bulldozers completely bulldozed my house. and my suffering did not start from here. Rather, it began since the beginning of the war, and I am still suffering. I cannot provide enough milk for my baby or diapers. Even medicines and vitamins are not available.

I ask you for your urgent help in disseminating the link to my family and communicating it to people interested and able to help us.  I didn't want to do it, but the tragic situation we are living in is what pushed me to do it.  I feel sad and helpless, after we had everything, we are now homeless on the streets, living in a tent next to a dilapidated public toilet and there is sewage, dirt and waste everywhere, we sleep on it!  We suffer from terrible heat, insects, scorpions, the danger of death, bombs and missiles, in addition to hunger of course, the danger of pollution and terrible diseases, especially the digestive, respiratory and reproductive systems!

.  My father and mother could not bear it any longer. My father had a stroke after losing his home and his place of work, and my mother suffers from chronic diseases and needs treatment.

  Do you have the right to imagine that when you spend your life building for yourself and your children to live a decent life, all of this disappears in the blink of an eye, and now when you reach the age where you should rest, you are forced to start again!!?  But the most important thing now is to try to survive and protect your children from all the factors of death that surround us!  I ask everyone who has humanity or conscience to feel our situation and put themselves in our place.  How can someone who has lived with dignity all his life accept this?  We are slowly dying every day.

I want it on record that I think the reason trump and Elon are fighting rn is so they can cover something else way way WAYYYY WORSE up then just Elon getting "kicked out" of the white house for drugs.
