We all now face a choice in how to respond to this. We can either resist or collaborate. There are no other options. This is a decision we all face, but it is a particularly pertinent choice for the American people, and, crucially, the political establishment in America. Both Republican and Democrat politicians need to choose, are they going to resist or collaborate?

Make your choice now, before people start being rounded up and put in camps, before tanks roll out and bombs start falling. If enough people choose to resist now then the worst can still be avoided.

Good Things that Happened in 2016

·         We’re closer to having successful vaccines for lung and brain cancer.

·         New chemotherapy breakthroughs have increased the 5-year survival for pancreatic cancer from 16% to 27% (and is getting better)

·         Scientists figured out how to link robotic limbs with the part of the brain that deals with intent to move so people don’t have to think about how they will move the limb, it can just happen.

·         Child mortality is down everywhere and it keeps going down.

·         Thanks to the ice bucket challenge the gene responsible for ALS has been found, meaning we are closer to an effective treatment. Let me rephrase that: we are close to getting a treatment for a very bad disease because a lot of people (including really hot celebrities) got wet.

·         A solar powered plan circumnavigated the world.

·         Michael Jordan donates 2mil to try and help bridge connection between police and the community.

·         Tiger numbers are growing.

·         And manatees.

·         And pandas.

·         Pakistan has made strides toward outlawing honor killings.

·         70,000 Muslim clerics declared a fatwa against ISIS.

·         Pokemon Go players went insane with placing lure modules near hospitals for sick kids.

·         Precision treatments for cancer are hitting clinical trials and WORKING (as someone who’s had relatives with cancer this is the best news)

·         We may have cured MS

·         Zootopia. Oh don’t mind me I’m just a movie that tackled the issue of racism and not only game changed animated films but also made a billion dollars

·         The Hamilton Mixtape is coming out. Which is a bunch of artists singing songs from the musical (Sia, Usher, Regina Spketor, etc.) I’m excited.

·         A personal victory for myself, I joined Tumblr and met angels in blog form so…that’s uplifting.

·         And I met my favorite voice actor at a con which was a bucket list accomplishment.

Ok, since I’m struggling so much right now, I thought I’d offer art commissions. I had it all planned out with the convention, I’ve paid for pretty much everything now and I should have had plenty left over, but I’ve had so many prescriptions and health problems recently, it’s taken the last of it and I’m off my antidepressants now because I currently can’t afford them. I also have to go back to the doctors next week, I’m hoping that won’t lead to yet another prescription. Every prescription I do get is just not working, and I keep getting given more and more, they’re not hugely expensive but it quickly adds up.

I can’t draw humans at all, but I can draw almost any animal, I’m most experienced with cats and dogs but I’ve drawn horses, birds, even reptiles before. I can do realism in either pencil or ballpoint pen. I’m not experienced enough with colour to offer colour commissions yet, maybe eventually. If you provide me with a picture of your pet (a decent quality picture) I’ll draw it! £40 for a commission, if you want a second animal in the same drawing it’s an additional £20 (£40 is about $58 apparently)

So basically:

Will draw animals only, NO humans

Pencil or ballpoint pen, you can decide or leave it down to me, either way

You’ll need to provide a decent photo of the animal you want me to draw

You can pay me via paypal (I’ll give you the email after you commission me)
