What a shame.

"Your offer will ensure that no future magical girls will be born, but it won't change anything for existing magical girls, and Witches will still exist until such a time as someone kills every Witch and Familiar in existence."

"Beyond that, thousands of people have been saved by the wishes of magical girls. We would have thought you would want that to continue happening. Human emotions really are confusing..."
A swish of his tail, and he continued, "We will provisionally accept your offer, Simonia. Once we run sufficient tests on your Spiral Energy, we'll return to make further arrangements with you."
" ...Yeah, you're right, I don't like that idea. "
Nope, nope, not falling for that. She's already sworn to herself MULTIPLE TIMES that she'd never make a magical girl contract regardless of the context or possible benefits.
" The whole reason for my offer is so that nobody else in this world will ever have to do battle or burden themselves with responsibilities they shouldn't have to shoulder. I've got enough energy to spare, on my own. And whatever threats wanna arrive as a result, I will be the one to deal with them. "
Stubborn to the highest degree, but it DOES work out in her favor, sometimes... Unless another Anti-Spiral were to somehow form as a result of this, she's VERY confident that she, Gurren Lagann, and the rest of her team can handle just about anything. And even IF that theoretical being were to come into play, then she'd fight it, anyways, like her dad did.

"It's something you'll want to hear, at least. If you disagree, we will take your offer."

"With your power, I suspect you could unlock your Spiral Energy for other people. You could create a world where magical girls use Spiral Energy instead of their own magical energy to make their wishes a reality, to fight against the threats this world has to offer, and so we could use a small portion of their Spiral Energy to combat entropy, instead of using a large amount of it from you."
They weren't supposed to suggest wishes, typically, but this was just too good of an opportunity to give up- Something that would be highly beneficial to everyone.

"My suggestion is you make a contract with me and become a magical girl- The last magical girl, and the first of something entirely new. Something better, for the betterment of the universe."
She's WHOLLY aware that this is likely the riskiest possible option she could've taken...but like she thought, before, whatever consequences come as a result of this, she'll rise up to deal with them...and fight. That's just how she is, after all.
" That's fine, I guess. Trust me, though, whatever that emotional energy stuff was capable of doing, spiral energy can do that exactly that, and infinitely better. Just make sure to test it in a private spot, where nobody can get caught in the crossfire. " It's no exaggeration either. Whether it be tearing holes in or rewriting reality, creating matter out of nothing, destroying matter, allowing one to stand above the concepts of fate and time, Spiral Energy is VERY potent and rare for a reason.
" You don't have to worry about that... This drill, and it's energy, is my very soul. Even if my physical body passes on, my soul's will will spin on, forever. At least...that's what I heard? "
That's probably how it works, right? Right. Her dad told her something like that, at some point. She's not sure if it's ever been tested, but surely Dad's got proof in the form of Uncle Kamina supporting him from beyond the living realm, right?
A true man never dies, even when he's killed, or something like that. She's not how much of that applies to her, but she believes in it!
...Sigh. Of course there's something else.
" If that's the case, you can probably expect me to just say no to the alternative, then. In any case, this should be it. Even if I go back to my home universe at some point, that drill will continue to spin, so long as my soul burns. Are we in agreement? "

Kyuubey jumped down from their perch onto a fence near Simonia, watching with something akin to curiosity as she formed a small, glowing green drill. So this was the true form of the power she held, then...
"We could tell you held a strange energy, but we didn't think you would show it to us so readily!" Red eyes were focused on the drill, the Incubator growing quiet for a moment longer as he thought. Infinite energy would certainly solve their problem...
"We would be willing to come to a tentative agreement with you. You understand, of course, that we would need to run some tests on your energy before we fully agree- It wouldn't be very helpful if we can't actually use it to push back entropy, after all!"
"There's also the question of what would happen after you pass on. If we're no longer able to access your Spiral Energy, we'd need to return to our old methods, since we can't currently create such energy ourselves." A pause, then, as the Incubator looks at the girl. If she did have infinite energy, and therefore theoretically infinite power, she could likely bring about a still greater change in the universe.

"There is another option, but from what I understand of your emotions, I don't believe you would like it."
" Is that right... "
Well...guess that's all she needed to hear. She's SURE this'll potentially come with drawbacks of it's own, but if by doing this, no more innocent lives will have to be brought to an inevitable and unjust end.
Taking a deep breath...she'd hold out the palm of her hand, as a green spiral of light formed above it...

It would then take the form of a small, glowing drill. A replica of her core drill, from the looks of it?
" This...is Spiral Energy. I'm not gonna pretend like I'm a genius who can explain everything about it...but from what I'm told, this kind of power only exists in a VERY small and select amount of people, at least in my world. And it seems to only reside in humans... People who have it can do just about anything they want with it, so long as they have a strong enough will to evolve and believe in themselves. My dad has an infinite amount of it, and...I think I do, too? "
While it's size was small, this drill contained enough power to create a whole universe and more, on it's own.
" If I regularly supply you with this stuff, every so often, starting as soon as today, then no more magical girls or witches, from here on... Don't call it a contract or deal, either. Are you okay with that? "

"Yes." Kyuubey's answer was instantaneous, tail continuing to swish back and forth as he continued, "We looked into many alternatives before we came across humanity. None were sufficient; every other alternative we studied, at best, supplied the same amount of energy as was put into it- What you humans call the first law of thermodynamics."

"Human emotional energy is different. The energy outputted surpasses what's put into them, even accounting for the energy spent on a wish, and especially for young girls. The amount varies, of course, particularly in relation to the human's own destiny, but also in relation to the impact of their wish."

"Understand, we are not malicious. Our goal is beneficial for everyone, and we have little control over the systems that govern magical girls. The particulars of it come almost entirely from the universe itself! We're just operating within its bounds. If a better way came about, a power source that broke the first law of thermodynamics, we would change our methods as soon as it was tested appropriately, and use it as long as we could."
" They do say that strength will always invite challenge, as annoying as it is... " Her dad would know that, especially well, considering how his life was a constant string of battle after battle.
And then there was the whole fiasco with the Anti-Spiral, where they were literally throwing universes at each other. From the stories her dad's team told of her that battle, she figured it to have been an event that could've affected distant multiverses and realities even beyond her own, if things SOMEHOW continued to escalate, even more... Luckily, her dad managed to finish things, with his drill, before that happened.
Thinking back on her past, aside...a thought would come to mind... While she's one to brag, she DOES know how potent Spiral Power is... And it's that thought that would inspire her next question.
" Have you guys ever considered looking into an alternative power source besides this emotional energy stuff? And IF an alternative were to present itself...would you be willing to give up your old ways? "
And...THAT's the hero in her showing-

An unfortunate accident. That figured; multiversal of that sort was difficult- Something the Incubators themselves hadn't fully discovered themselves yet. That didn't explain the other anomalous elements here, though... Which implied that they were unrelated, which was stranger, if anything. They'd need to do a bit more research on those other beings, then.
As for Simonia's own world, that was very interesting, too- What sounded like the future in comparison to this universe, with humanity rebuilding after some kind of event that had sealed them away... And, of course, that strange, miraculous energy that she possessed, that fueled her mech. It really was unlike anything they'd researched so far, and studying it from a distance hadn't proven useful so far, beyond measuring the potential of it.
And the fact of the matter was that powers was likely to be much more efficient for their purposes than the emotional energy they had been using... Except, perhaps, for the greatest of magical girls-- The Jeanne d'Arcs and Madoka Kanames of this world, whose potential was greater than they could have calculated. And, still, her power just might surpass that.

"So even in your world, there's threats to the peace... It does seem to be a constant, doesn't it?" A swish of his tail, and Kyuubey looked down on her once more. "Your next question, then?"
“ If you’re trying to make me think that this way of going about things is justifiable in any way, you can forget it. No matter how things may be, there’s no worth in throwing away so many lives, when they still have so much to live for. “
If there was one thing she inherited from her dad, it was his stubborn resolve. And that same resolve burned brightly, within her, as well.
…Yeah, okay, she expected this question.
“ It was an accident, more than anything. I was helping this old couple, back at home, by drilling a hole for them to make a watering hole, before the ground collapsed beneath me, and I fell in some weird portal thing… Next thing I know, I’m waking up in some empty alleyway, with no clue as to where I ended up… “
As much as she’d like to not share anything with Kyubey…she does have to uphold her end of the deal, since she DID get info out of them…
“ My world is a future that’s a good deal more advanced than this one, from looking at things… My dad and his friends had to rebuild things from scratch, after humanity was sealed underground for a long time, but now everyone’s at peace in the cities that my dad and everyone else helped to make. And we use these things call Gunmen to fight off any threats that dare to try and destroy the peace we created… Gunmen are mechs that can be piloted by people, like the one I have, that my dad passed down to me… “
