shifting methods to try!!!
because shifting is so fun and there's infinite possibilities to shift and you don't lose anything by trying ;)
sleep paralysis (one of my faves). i have a post about it.
@hrrtshape 's anti-method-method(? ) something like that. it works. it's genius. try. now!!!
lucid dream method: i feel like this is such a fool-proof method? the "hard" part is learning to lucid dream, but anyone can, you just need to put in a little extra effort
starfish position. a way of celebrating the horrors of 2020 shifttok. but it can actually help because you don't feel your limbs
shifting guided meditations; makes you feel less lonely in the process and blocks out external noise.
counting method; count until you feel yourself not being able to focus, dozing off. affirm or visualise from there!
dancing!! you can shift doing anything, so why not dance your way to another reality?
elevator method: imagine yourself in an elevator, and every level it stops at, repeat your affirmation. when you reach the top (you decide when), fall from the elevator into your dr!
alice in wonderland method; i did this once with a guided meditation and it was so fun

Anyone else shifting partially/mainly because they don't want to grow up? Or does anyone else struggle because deciding what age you want to shift to is like some Herculean feat?
Basically: is anyone shifting because the passage of time is fucking terrifying? 😭
I might just make a better CR where there aren't defined ages, just stages, and the passing of time is very pliable. Because I want to stay young and get a second chance at my childhood, but once I'm a young adult I just want to be able to have the time for everything. Career, skills/school, family, hobbies, projects, etc.

and when im done im going to go home and lay in bed and daydream about shifting again and do my homework

𝗌𝗍𝗂𝖼𝗄𝗒 𝗇𝗈𝗍𝖾 𝖺𝖿𝖿𝗂𝗋𝗆𝖺𝗍𝗂𝗈𝗇𝗌 ᯓ꩜ 𝟏𝟏:𝟏𝟏
i only just started doing these and i already SWEAR by them up and down. i can already see mindset shifts happening and my affirmations slowly becoming part of or influencing my natural thought patterns.
𝗐𝗁𝖺𝗍 𝗂𝗌 𝗂𝗍?
at its nature, it's pretty self explanatory: you get a sticky note and write an affirmation on it. i like to do colored sticky notes—anything that’ll stick out more—and a sharpie that has a good contrast against it.
now, once you have your affirmations, there are two ways i personally go about it:
(1) 𝗌𝖼𝖺𝗍𝗍𝖾𝗋! scatter the sticky notes throughout your room, anywhere that will catch your eye as you move about. i (personally) prefer to do this with…
priority affirmations. i notice the sticky note and automatically read it or think of the affirmation—its kind of like scaffolding for reprogramming:
1. you intentionally read it and think it.
2. you see the sticky note and instinctively think of the affirmation without necessarily reading it.
3. you think of, pass through, or look at that area and instinctively think of the affirmation.
4. it becomes part of your natural mindset.
examples of mine include:
~ i always shift when i sleep
~ i am living my dream life
~ i am the person i want to be, both in mind and body
~ i attract nothing but goodness
(2) 𝖼𝗅𝗎𝗆𝗉! clump them in one spot that you frequent! i (personally) prefer to do this with…
“reassurance” affirmations. they’re not necessarily priority, but they’re reminders or mindsets you still want to work towards. my routine with clump affirmations:
1. i have them on the wall besides in my desk in a focused area.
2. i’m struggling with something, so i take the sticky note and…
3. slap it on the corner of my laptop! anywhere that you can’t ignore and is in your line of sight.
eventually, a similar scaffolding set up ensues. examples of mine include:
~ i deserve to be here
~ it’s okay to make mistakes
~ i am loved
~ i am locked in and focused

Void/ shifting for the lazy ass mfs, a "too easy" sleep challenge for 7 days.


Hey y'all, are you the type to call your yourself lazy? Can't wait to enter? Don't wanna try and just wanna sleep and enter? Think it's easier for you to be the careless mf and enter tonight? Here's a sleep method that literally can make you wake up in the void regardless of what the fuck is happening.
I call it, the "too easy" challenge bc mf the effort is not even there, like I'm not gonna even tell you to lay still or yada yada, I entered the void through it some years ago when I was in my shifting phase and didn't know it was the void, and it's my fav method so far, and y'all, you'll seriously shift or enter the void during those 7 days bc y'know how powerful this shit is???
Now I've seen a lotta people whine and say they lay back, try for it, and "don't enter" which is obviously your assumptions that you can't enter is in the way, so I thought, how about letting them know they can skip this part and just sleep and wake up there? Fun eh?
If anyone remembers, this is actually something a lot of shifters used to do back then, but the toxic shifttokers would be like "NO YOU CANTTT, YOU GOTTA PUT EFFORT TO SHIFTTT" nah fuck you, then how come some ppl shifted through it, like be fr and how "effortless" it was. 🤨
What will you need?/
ONE affirmation of choice:
I always wake up in the void state aware.
The void is too easy to wake up in.
Why do I always wake up in the void aware?
No matter what I do, I still wake up in the void aware.
I just gotta sleep and I'll wake up in the void aware everytime.
I always wake up in my home. (Aka DR).
I always shift in my sleep.
I can always shift by sleeping.
Sleeping helps me shift anywhere I want.
Shifting is too easy for me, I can do it in my sleep (fav).
A subliminal you like:
Can be anything, choose something you like that is either for shifting or the void state, doesn't even matter which or what, just choose something that you love and stick to ONLY ONE.
Void subs = 1 2 3 4 5 6 7 8 9 10
Shifting subs = 1 2 3 4 5 6 7 8 9 10
Absolute suggestibility booster:
Yes, credits to "absolute power subliminals" for making this goldmine but oml, it's fucking good, either way, this is before you loop the sub we chose overnight, BUT REMEMBER LISTEN TO IT ONLY ONCE BEFORE LOOPING IN THE SUB!!! It helps to open the subconscious for the affirmations. 1
And lastly, assumption:
that you can do it during those 7 days, bc mf you definitely can tf you mean you're trying this with hope...
Let's get into it 🤭.
For the affs, repeat it as though you're REMINDING yourself something, not trying to convince yourself something, you get me? During the days and the nights and literally through anything, just affirm without needing anything, like, your wish if you wanna do robotic affirming or feeling with it while affirming, just remind yourself your goal, Go about your day repeating ONE affirmation, and this can be anything, the reason I'm saying one is bc you don't need a bunch, just one, choose one from here based on what your goal is, shifting or the void?, the moment you wake up to the moment you fall asleep repeat it whenever you like.
Now, this is optional, but if you like, you can loop the desired subliminal you chose during the the day, it's as you wish if you want to.
Now, sleep comes around, right? Listen to the suggestibility subliminal I provided there only once, simply once, now grab yo favorite earphones or whatever and loop the SUBLIMINAL overnight.
Don't think about it, literally don't, don't say "will this work or whatever" nope, trust and know, loop the sub in the background while you sleep, and in that moment, repeat this specific affirmation.
Subconscious mind, I command you to wake me up in (desired reality/ the void).
That's literally all....

How to not give a damn about the 3d


Hey alluring souls!
You didn’t find this post by accident. Fate led you here, because you were born to command your reality.
I was watching Tam Kaur, and she shared this brilliant idea:
Imagine you're in a competition, and someone secretly shows you the winners' list—your name is on it. You’ve already won. Would you care if other competitors said, “ There's no way you are winning this, I’m winning this!”? Would you stress when the host dramatically pauses before announcing the winner? Of course not. Most likely you'd be wondering when are they gonna call you to stage to give the winners award right in front of that girl who said you'll never win. You’d sit back, relaxed, knowing the outcome is already decided.
Then it hit me—why not apply this same mindset to manifestations when the 3D shows me the opposite?
What if your future self came to you and said:
“Psst… You and your SP are in a committed relationship now.”
Would it matter if, right now, they were dating someone else? Would it matter if their current girl flaunted how much he’s princess-treating her just to make you jealous? Or if she stormed up to you, declaring, "SP is mine, back off!" Would you stress over what they say or do in the 3D? No—because you already know how the story ends. (Spoiler alert: SP is already yours)
Same with your dream job. Even if 3D throws rejections your way, if your future self tells you, “Hey, I’m working at our dream company, and it’s amazing!”—would you spiral? Of course not! Because the outcome is already set, you know how the chapter ends.
Funnily enough, I unknowingly used this mindset before I even knew about manifestation. During a competition, I told my friend, “Let’s present our idea like we already know we’re the winners.” In the past, I had approached competitions with an “Eh, I’m probably going to lose anyway, so what’s the point?” mindset—and I always did lose. But this time? We won.
This is how you stop letting the 3D shake you. See the final results first, live from that certainty, and watch as everything aligns accordingly. And you'll stop giving a damn about the 3d because you know how the story goes, it's already yours.
