I decided that the best character to test fairies is Juliette Capp who got tired from the Veronaville-Romeo drama and ran away to the mysterious forest of Innisgreen. And you know, I think the wings suit her.
She is definitely up to no good 😈

Elisa Von Haunt. The Rebel of the Family
Elisa was never afraid to challenge her parents; in fact, she had turned it into a hobby, relishing their angry but powerless expressions. A party animal and queen of mischief, she continued to live in the Von Haunt estate only because she was still underage and her parents could easily track her down with their connections. However, she and her one true love, Max Villareal, had already made a pact: the moment they turned eighteen, they would escape their “cursed families of old-fashioned broken monsters.” Until then, Elisa battled boredom in her classes at Windenburg High, earning as much as she could from her gaming streams to help Max cover the cost of therapy.

Jürgen Von Haunt. The Dreamer of the Family.
The status of the middle son has never made Jürgen’s life easy, despite Julian’s belief to the contrary. The disappearance of Sayori Villareal derailed the deal his mother had arranged for his and Luna’s marriage, leaving him to navigate his own romantic choices (or so he believed). However, beyond matters of the heart, there were other, more serious complications at play.
Creative, dreamy, and communicative, he has always been uninterested in anything related to building or engineering. His true passion lied in writing, and he has often heard praise for his storytelling abilities. However, since childhood, his parents have consistently mocked him for this interest. As a result, Jürgen grew up believing that the only path to success was to become a PR manager at AG Von Haunt Bau, which is why he chose the Communications Faculty at Britechester over Philology.
Little did he know that an ordinary student house party would turn his life upside down, bringing the most special and cherished person into his world.

Amalia Von Haunt. The Mother of the Family.
If she had been given the choice between her true desire and Heinrich, Amalia would still have chosen Heinrich. The toxicity and unpredictability of her (unapproved by her parents) relationship with her true love forced her to suppress any signs of passion or desire, focusing solely on obedience, duty, and honor. As the youngest daughter of the renowned Lăzărescu dukes of Ravenwoon, she always understood that her eldest sister, Adelina, would inherit the bulk of the Lăzărescu fortune, leaving Amalia with only one viable option: to marry well. So when Amalia’s father (may he rest in peace) announced that the heir of Von Haunts had requested her hand in marriage, she agreed without hesitation.
From their very first meeting, she respected Heinrich, and over the years, she developed a deep feeling for him that blended reserved affection with noble devotion. She bore their three children with pride and dignity. With a diploma in economics, she quickly became Heinrich’s right hand at AG Von Haunt Bau, managing the development branch of the company and significantly outshining Jacques Villareal in acquiring new clients. Moreover, she immersed herself in the charitable efforts of the Von Haunt Academy of Arts, Crafts, and Architecture. Amalia Von Haunt was the ideal wife, a loving mother, and a devoted citizen of Windenburg. Yet, no one could ever imagine the secrets she had been carrying for years.

Julian Von Haunt. The Future of the Family.
Being the heir to the most influential family on Windenburg’s mainland has undoubtedly placed immense pressure on Julian since childhood. He was groomed to inherit AG Von Haunt Bau, never given the opportunity to consider whether he truly embraced his destiny. He consistently met his parents' expectations: achieving top grades in school, earning a diploma in architectural engineering from Britechester, and marrying the heir of the Tartosian architecture business. The perfect son, the perfect heir to AG Von Haunt Bau.
However, he couldn’t ignore the freedom his younger siblings, Jürgen and Elisa, enjoyed, and the anger he had suppressed throughout his childhood began to seep out, poisoning his relationship with his wife, Aspen. The arrival of Julian’s university crush, Candy, in the city drove the final nail into their marriage. Julian plunged headfirst into an irresponsible affair with Candy, leaving a pregnant Aspen to navigate her disillusionment and solitude alone.

The Von Haunts. The royalties of Mainland
The history of the Von Haunt Legacy is as old as Windenburg itself. The early generations of this noble family laid the groundwork for the mainland part of the city. Without the Von Haunts, Windenburg could never have earned its reputation as the largest and most developed center of trade and entertainment in the country. A.G. Von Haunt Bau constructed the port, renovated the boardwalk area, and preserved the quarter of Oldplatz. They invested in commercial projects to help the authorities attract more residents back to the rural outskirts of the agglomeration. Most importantly, they founded Windenburg’s Academy of Arts, Crafts, and Architecture, which quickly rose to become one of the top three artistic universities in the nation.
Heinrich, the heir of the 19th generation of Von Haunts, excelled in maintaining the family's image as a perfect noble lineage, supported by his breathtakingly attractive and educated wife, Amalia. Under his leadership, A.G. Von Haunt Bau continued to grow in size and profitability, and with three children and a 21st generation on the way, they appeared to embody the ideal family. Or do they?

Heinrich Von Haunt. The Father of the Family
After the tragic death of his elder brother Otto in a car crash, Heinrich inherited AG Von Haunt Bau. Cunning, calculating, and exceptionally charming, he has always been the most sought-after bachelor in Windenburg. Yet, he chose the modest and elegant Amalia, a descendant of an ancient ducal family from Ravenwood, as his wife. The couple has become a striking example of a nobly balanced, ideally elegant, and enigmatically reserved partnership.
Heinrich has never missed an opportunity to publicly express his deep love for his perfect wife, his pride in their children, and his satisfaction with the success of the family business. However, a hint of boredom has always lingered in his intelligent brown eyes, leaving society to wonder whether it was simply the ennui that often accompanies extreme wealth or something more profound.

Max Villareal. The Lunatic of the Family
Hot-tempered and eccentric, the youngest Villarreal has always enjoyed the freedom to do as he pleased—his father never truly cared. Max was Windenburg's most notorious troublemaker, and that was the only way he could capture Jacques’ attention, despite the fact that his father's punishments only exacerbated his bipolar disorder.
He harbors a deep resentment for Luna, who has become “the center of everything” for Jacques, while silently respecting Hugo for his courage in telling their father a firm “no.” The only person Max truly confides in is his one true love, Elisa, the youngest member of the 20th generation of Von Haunts. She never judges him and always listens intently; she means everything to Max, and he isn’t afraid to admit it.
As unsettling flashbacks—presumably from his childhood—began to surface during therapy sessions, Jacques swiftly banned Max from seeing the therapist. However, Max was determined to continue. He needed to uncover the dark secrets hidden within Villarreal Manor and understand what had triggered his rapid mental decline following his mother’s disappearance.

Darkest Secrets of Windenburg. The Villareals
Many years have passed since Jacques' wife, Sayori, mysteriously vanished. It appeared that one of Windenburg's two most influential families had come to terms with this loss; the children had matured into intelligent young men and woman, and the commercial prospects of "Villareal Architecture and Construction" continued to flourish. Yet, an unsettling presence lingered around the sprawling grounds of the magnificent Villareal Mansion on Windenburg Island—something quietly sinister and ominously troubling.

Luna Villareal - The "Hope" of the Family
Luna, the middle child of the 20th generation of Villareals, has always strived to make her father proud—unlike her brother Hugo. She blossomed into a charmingly attractive young woman, armed with a distinguished diploma from the prestigious Tartosian College of Arts and Crafts, the country's foremost architectural university. And she was the one to take over the family business in Hugo’s stead.
Aware of the agreement her mother had once made with Amalia Von Haunt, Luna found herself captivated by Jürgen since her early teenage years. Upon returning to Windenburg, she couldn't shake the desire to convince her father to revive that long-forgotten deal.

Hugo Villareal. The "Disappointment" of the Family
Hugo, the eldest child of the 20th generation of Villareals, was slow, often lost in thought, yet brimming with creativity. Unlike his father, he had no interest in economics, management, or construction. Since his early teenage years, his true passion lay in cooking. He boldly pursued this dream, graduating from culinary school and embarking on a modest career as a chef at a local restaurant—a decision that cost him his claim to inherit "Villareal Architecture and Construction."
Not that he cared much about the loss or his father's disdainful label of "family disappointment." The only reason he remained in the family mansion was for Max, who was gradually losing his grip on reality as Jacques stubbornly refused to acknowledge the situation.

Sayori Villareal. The Mother of the Family
She married Jacques, as her parents had promised her to him, but she was fortunate enough to fall in love with him. Sayori, the top architect at Komorebi and a genuinely kind soul, has always found the longstanding grudge between the Villareals and the Von Haunts to be absurdly outdated. Despite Jacques’ disapproval, she forged a friendship with Amalia, the Mother of the Von Haunt family.
As they watched their middle children—Luna and Jürgen—develop early teenage hood feelings for one another, they agreed to put an end to the senseless rivalry between their families through marriage. However, with Sayori’s mysterious disappearance, the agreement fell apart, leaving the fragile state of affairs unchanged—calm on the surface but dangerously explosive beneath.

Jacques Villareal. The Father of the Family
As the sole heir of the 19th generation of the Villareal family, Jacques was groomed from a young age to take over the family’s residential planning and construction business, Villareal Architecture and Construction. Inheriting this legacy came with the weighty expectation of continuing the centuries-old rivalry with the Von Haunt family—the so-called "mainland royalty" and owners of the competing firm, AG Von Haunt Bau, which primarily focused on commercial developments.
The Villareals had long aspired to expand their influence across the continent, but the cunning and shrewd tactics of the Von Haunts had consistently thwarted those ambitions. While open hostility had subsided over the past three decades, genuine peace remained elusive; instead, a veneer of polite civility masked the underlying tension. The families exchanged invitations to social gatherings, and their companies occasionally collaborated on several multi-lot projects along the boardwalk. Yet Jacques was acutely aware that both sides were merely biding their time, waiting for the perfect moment to strike and seize control of the market.
With a keen sense of opportunity, Jacques was ready to act decisively at any moment that might present itself.
