𝐈𝐓 𝐖𝐀𝐒 𝐖𝐈𝐓𝐇 𝐒𝐎𝐌𝐄𝐓𝐇𝐈𝐍𝐆 of a deflated sense of anticipation that thor regarded loki , who stood at the cliffs even as the winds picked up in the heavens . thor landed on the stony grasses behind both brother and railing . of course it was to no one's surprise that loki spat bitterness between his teeth . however , it was to thor's own disappointment that such was the case . THERE WAS ONCE A TIME when loki would admit to his faults , and bear forth his shortcomings readily ; albeit , when cornered and pressed .

there was also a time when thor might ready arms in his defense .

for it was really was no uncertain truth that thor at times perhaps thought too highly of him .

( thor pushed his own unease with that boiling understanding DEEP INSIDE . )

❝ nor should you be forced , ❞ thor began , stepping forwards , ❝ you simply should . ❞ he stood beside loki then , eye scouring the greyed shoreline , and the sands and the stones far below . the full breadth of admonishments would come later . ❝ you disturbed their revelries . Loki had tried to keep to the outskirts of the cities for the past few hours. He knew full well the extent of the trouble that he had caused, but it was not the police that he feared hid from in that moment. ( Irony, it seemed, was required with the string that connected the events. He wanted his attention and now shied from it. )

He was not foolish enough to believe he would remain hidden for long. Even in the palace, as they played their childhood games, the light always revealed what was hidden in the shadows. Loki's only hope then was that perhaps Thor might be worn out before he caught up.

This was a fool's hope.

Loki stood now on the cliffs that overlooked the Quill Pillar Shores. He had been traveling through the forest for several hours by now ( no sign of the conductor to be found ) his anger reduced to a meager flame.

Quietly, Loki watched the newly formed turmoil of grey clouds, listening for the peals of thunder that marked the presence of the storm. Wind tossed his hair, but he stood firm with his hands behind his back. There was no dagger within them.

There was no greeting needed; Loki knew as soon as the grand figure appeared.

❝ I do not want to hear your reprehensions, brother. ❞ Loki grumbled, keeping his back to the warden. ❝ Nor will I be forced into returning to that place. ❞

thor had stirred and followed the rumours to the steps down the valley into fanalea . IT WAS THERE that the thunderer perched . hesitant . if the stories were true — and the swirling malcontent within thor warned : it could VERY WELL BE TRUE — then it BODED ILL for this place . loathe as thor was to admit it still : loki . . .

made for a truly malevolent enemy .

weariness dulled his senses . it was within its slow swirl that thor embarked to the meadow where the dances were to be held . only to find the remnants of a gathering , and questions raised in the air . their eyes raised to him , and so he turned his gaze to the one person he recognized well . badou was hardly easy to miss , with his flaming hair amidst the crowds .

thor drew nearer , raising palm in greeting . ❝ i do beg of you to consider : that perhaps it is not commotion that follows you , my friend , but you who follows it . ❞ he spoke lightly , lips curling in a terse smile . thor folded his arms over his chest and then nodded towards the aercon . DROPPING HIS VOICE , the bulk of his frame cast as a shield from prying eyes , thor swiftly dropped pretenses : ❝ i seek to know the nature of this one . speak . i should hear your take on it . ❞

I love my dad! But I don't agree with what he says or does. Sometimes I'm boiling inside so much that I wanna play my drums with all my strength, and it's even worse when I feel like that. Because then I get scared to be like him. And this fear is worse than the anger.

It's not normally something she'd do. Going out like this and having....fun. Ever since the ghost's presence was quiet, she slowly started seeing the world in more colors.
