WIP for a set of graphics for game credits/intro. Pretty far out of my comfort zone with this but think it’s going okay.

Visual-novel background, cabin at night.

Revised copy of the dusk scene, I was asked to make it closer to sunset but without showing the sun. Still a WIP, looking at softening the distance of the ship without it looking like a super-natural darkness...

Same view as before but with a more dusk/dawn sky.

Background WIP for a visual novel.
This is a night shot of an earlier day shot. Night-time sea’s seem to be a pain to find reference for and I wanted to go for a slightly anime feel anyway. I’m a bit concerned that I’ve overdone the over-the-horizon glow. Might need to tone it down.
Other than that some of the shadows are a bit rough, but at this stage I wanted to prove the ‘concept’. Peace

Visual novel background WIP.
Why are all these WIPs with no finished versions? Because I work in passes so I can hand over basic version to the coder so they can set-up the scenes and then I do a beauty-pass later when I know there are no problems etc.
