It’s all about the numbers boys & girls! Completing on this bad boy today! 👊🏼 It’s taken longer than usual & all because the solicitors weren’t communicating! 💫 So many lessons learnt - 1, Probates can take a lot longer then the average sale 2, Stick with the solicitor team you know 3, In this case the executors were the solicitors - doesn’t necessarily mean it’s going to speed up the process, it took longer! 💫 As we usually do, keep going and it will all work out! In property there’s a million hoops to get through but one by one you get through them all 😃 Refurb pics to follow!
