Hihi could u make shaggy from scooby doo. Ive tried to make allof the gang before but I've failed every time somehow its like a curse

i definitely had an old shaggy mii on my switch years ago. shaggy is tricky it doesnt look like him and then at some point the switch flips and suddenly it does its hard to point at one specific part this mii truly is a sum of its parts if you remove any one thing it ceases to look like shaggy. all i remember about whatever old mii is that it had these eyes and this hair. hold on actually i wanna see what the first result on google is

damn thats good. holy hell hes so badass. the mustache chin is really clever im honestly shocked i didnt think of it. using the other eyes also works very well i forgot those existed. it seems i still have much to learn. i still like mine these kind of represent like 2 different eras of shaggy

it would be fun to try making the rest of the gang but that sounds like a lot of work i sont want to do right now. maybe someday later

i don't know how easy hats are in mii maker so here's them without their hat too if you'd prefer that! whatever's more fun for you!

gonna start this one with a little lesson in hats and miis. there are two hats that can be used in the base mii maker, present in all versions of the mii maker, that are essentially just two unique hairstyle that happen to include a hat. one is a knit beanie with a simplistic thread texture, and the other is a billed cap. the hats will have the same color as the miis favorite color/shirt color, and most importantly they cannot be combined with other hairstyles. if you want to use one of the hats, you have to also use the buzzcut built into the hat hairstyle. because of this, i personally only use the hats on characters without traditional hair (parappa, kurimanju, toad from mario, etc.) in favor of more faithfully recreating the hairstyle of whatever character im making, even if the hat is a major part of there design. especially since tomodachi life lets you give miis a bunch of other hats, i just prefer to give them a more detailed base hairstyle.

with that rant out of the way, im gonna make shirogane without the hat, but it shouldnt change too terribly much

im not sure how happy i am with the recognizability of this mii. persona characters broadly have really strange proportions for their facial features which makes creating miis of them difficult. i thought about using black hair instead of gray bc of how dark their blue hair is but i think gray is better at like. gesturing in the direction of the color blue. i hope you enjoy!

just realized after finishing this that i have no idea whether shirogane or naoto are more preferable for the nickname ive never played persona and i did not see the word "naoto" on my first several reads through your ask im assuming shirogane is a fine choice

chiikawaaaaaaa..... chiikawa oughhhhhhhh i love chiikawa even though i havent watched much. one of my friends is really into chiikawa. this one was fun

apologies if this one is a little blurry i made this in a moving car. his favorite color is orange bc mii maker brown is so gross and dark and desaturated that its kind of just an off black so orange was closer. i used the :3 mouth but then for the line up in the middle i used the triangle nose and for his actual nose i used the mole and for the line below his mouth i used a small goatee. i also did the classic move of using eyebrows for animal ears. hope you enjoy!

i literally just realized this very moment his hair is supposed to look like a w ohhhhhhhhhoughhhhhhhhhh. its a little weird but to get the shadows behind his eyes and the eyebags together i had to actually use the blush and dark eyeshadow combo so hes blushing here. i wish there was a better option for his hair but this already turned out way better than i thought it would

i might as well get all of the ninjago requests out of the way. im hoping this wont be as hard given i have the kai mii to go off of

hes alright i think. i used the segmented mustache and the mole to give him the little line on his chin. also i think i just completely forgot these eyes existed when i was making kai

this is my attempt at s8 jay he does look a little samey to the s1 kai mii but its hard to make distinguishable lego miis. hope you enjoy!

i was so excited to make this one i kept looking at this ask and smiling. disgusting freak of a man i love him. i still need to play disco elysium. also didnt know cuno was a character until now

this one was a little tricky it was difficult to capture his essence. immensely entertaining though im really happy with the final product hes such an interesting creature. absolute blast to make. its really hard to do his mutton chops i could definitely see another hair working better but i like the way it frames the sides of his face. its hard to get a hair that looks messy enough

i made the harry mii a few hours ago and then got busy and im struggling with the cuno mii now and i think it could be better but i wanna get this post out

kai ninjago please

im gonna keep this text brief because ive already talked about a lot of it in dms with you. making ninjago miis is fucking Hard its So Hard its like impossible to recreate the shine in their eyes and there arent very many mii parts that match up well to lego mouths. because the movie version is gonna be really hard i decided to start with the version of kai from the early seasons.

i think it is at the very least Recognizable as kai if you squint i think this is about as good as you can do for him. the hair was annoying but i think its good. making lego characters is so different because the artstyle is so simplistic that its very easy to overcomplicate the design and like shatter the illusion. the beady eyes and the mouth with the little crease at the bottom and the eyebrows i think all work reasonably well.

it is certainly a mii of the character Kai from LEGO Ninjago™. i swapped the smile for the rounded toothy grin. made his eyebrow droop down a little more. i used smile lines 1 for his smile because a lot of the references i have show that he has one line to the right when he grins and 2 so that one of the smile lines would act as the part of his scar below his eye. i also tried using the mole to make the part of the scar above his eyebrow and i think it works well. there is no good kai hair theres spikey hair and bangs hair but nothing good with both so i picked the closest one that has the little notch at the top. i hope you enjoy. passes out and falls over and dies

does the left pupil on the mii look bigger than the right one to anyone else wtf??????? i took the picture like 4 different times it Does Not look like that in game ive never experienced this before. anyways i dont know much about breaking bad/better call saul i made this mii using the first good picture i saw on google before finding out she has like several different appearances sooo. this is her 2002 appearance technically but all youd have to change to make her look like one of the other versions is changing around the hair and maybe the mouth. hope you enjoy!

i am excited for the new tomodachi life!! honestly i gave up hope for mii games a long time ago so tomodachi life announcement was crazy. i didnt have as much of a reaction as i would have had a couple years ago because my hype has died down but im still excited by the prospect of miis making a comeback. i hope its good tomodachi life with gay people is like goty

i like gisu! i could go on a really long rant about the interns in psychonauts 2 and all my thoughts about them but it would inflate the post so much and its not really worth it. sam boole is my favorite shes sooo me i love her so much i should make a mii of her too. gisu is like my third favorite behind sam and lizzie shes pretty awesome anyone with a skateboard gets points with me

i dont know if shes super recognizable here but i think this is approaching the limits of how much you can do with a gisu mii and i feel like its good enough. i chose the hair partly because it has a bun in the back and the little swirly bit of hair but also because the long bangs help make the head look shorter than it is and closer to her original head proportions. i didnt really use any advanced techniques thats all i really have to say. i hope you enjoy!

I FUCKING LOVE SCRIBBLENAUTS!!!!! scribblenauts unlimited taught me how to spell i love scribblenauts sooooooo much you are an angel from heaven for this request i gotta add him to my tomodachi life island soon. this mii wasnt as hard to make as i thought it would be it was very satisfying to make

i used the close shaved beard and the like thick curved eyebrows that taper at the ends to outline his hood. i dont really like how the points on the hair poke down a little over the edge but its the best option that covers all the gaps and hugs the hair close. Thank you for asking for this i Cannot believe i didnt think to make a maxwell mii until now

this is another one ive already done! i used to be crazy about ralsei i still like him a lot but im less insane about it now. this mii has been on my island for a long time too but not nearly as long as garfield he spent most of his time on my switch this is technically a recreation of the one on my switch. i think i made him probably a good 5 years ago at this point! wow! its been a while!

this is actually one ive already made! this was like... 3 or 4 years ago i think? hes been on my tomodachi life island for ages hes only in the second row of miis hes an oldie. heh that kind of sounds like odie that wasnt on purpose. i would probably make this mii a little bit differently if i were to make it today but it would probably look about the same i think i did pretty good

oughhhh i still need to play great god grove i Love smile for me i have a jerafina mii on my tomodachi life island maybe ill show her off soon

this one is really tricky but in a very refreshing way all of the tinkering with this comes not from trying to represent anything abstract like fur or markings or anything but from trying to fill in the gaps left in the part variety in mii maker. like theres no very good geometric eyes like that and there isnt really anything close to a smile with a tooth gap. i spent the better part of an hour tinkering with this one and im still bouncing around some ideas

theres a lot going on here and basically every feature went through some drafts. i used the generic open mouthed smile but i used the like goatee mustache to make the tooth gap. ive used mustaches to alter mouths to have fangs and stuff before its a trick im very familiar with but i think this is the first time ive ever used it to make a tooth gap!! most of the work went into workshopping the eyes. the basic parts used here are the thick rectangle eyebrows and the flat closed eyes rotated and wedged together. at first i made them point down like the closed eye in the reference i used but the wiki says hes the god of love and mirth and i figured he looked too sad for someone so wonderful so i made them point up. looking through a lot of his sprites too it looks like "glowing eye pointing up" is more important than "closed eye pointing down" to his design and since winks are nearly impossible in base mii maker i figured i should prioritize the open eye as far as positioning goes. i also used the eyeshadow to try and draw more attention to the eyes even though it feels a little backwards to make the eyes darker to represent bright glowing. you know what would make this all easier though??

using a completely different reference that doesnt involve the wink at all!! whats easier than closing one eye if not closing both!!! i like these both quite a lot and im proud of the end result. even if it did take me like an hour to get here. ive given qr codes to both of them because i really do think its a toss up if one is better than the other i think its just a matter of personal preference
