The most refreshing Pokemon Cafe beverage. Refreshing island taste in a glass made with the power of the sun. Watch it in action here.
Tea:
½ cup hibiscus tea
4 cups water
Magical Leaf syrup:
1 cup sugar
1 cup water
½ lemon, sliced
1 spring mint
½ TBL ginger, minced
In a large 1 quart mason jar, place hibiscus tea and water. Shake and allow to steep in the sun for 3-6 hours.
While tea is steeping, place sugar and water in a small saucepan. Slide in lemons, ginger and mint. Bring to a boil. Once boil is achieved, remove from heat and allow to steep for 15 minutes.
Strain syrup and place in a squirt top bottle. After tea is done steeping, strain out the flowers and store in the same container you brewed it in, in the fridge.
To make a Roserade tea: Pour tea in a glass or cup and sweeten to taste with magical leaf syrup.

Cosmog cupcakes with a surprise inside!
These cupcakes are based on the Pokémon Cosmog, and feature a little cookie face with royal icing details on top of swirls of galaxy buttercream icing. When you cut into the cupcake, you also get a rainbow of Cosmog’s colours!
I couldn’t help but love Lillie and Nebby’s antics in the gen 7 games, and I had to bring the little Nebula Pokémon to life through cupcakes!
Follow the cut for an in-depth tutorial with tons of progress photos, and to see how to make these cuties yourself!

It’s getting warmer as Summer starts to set in, so I decided it’s probably a good time to make Mama’s Shaved Ice recipe from Cooking Mama! Of course you can use whichever syrup you want and whichever toppings you want. I used strawberries, raspberries and condensed milk for mine. For this you will need: Shaved ice
Fruits of your choice
Syrup of your choice (my favourite is kuromitsu)
Additional toppings of your choice (I suggest tapioca and condensed milk)
First shave the ice finely. If you have a shaved ice maker, great! If you’re like me and you don’t, use a blender or nutribullet with a grinding blade. Then pile it all into a bowl. You can add your toppings in layers between the ice or just on top, its your choice. Then add your syrup (if you want) and all the rest of your toppings and you’re done!

Today I will be making a Keto-friendly recipe! I will make Mama’s Loco Moco from Cooking Mama! Loco Moco normally is not keto since it has rice, but this particular recipe doesn’t have rice. For the hamburg steak you will need: 1 package of ground meat (any is ok) 1 egg 1/4 onion minced 2-3 cloves garlic 1tbsp Worcestershire sauce (bulldog sauce ok) 1tbsp Ketchup 1 tbsp vinegar 1 tbsp soy sauce 1 tbsp mirin 1 tsp sake 3 tbsp almond flour or coconut flour 1 minced jalapeño 1 minced green onion (optional) Salt and pepper to taste For the loco moco sauce: 1 tbsp of ketchup 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce 1 tsp vinegar 1 tsp soy sauce Stevia to taste (I suggest to use honey but if you are on keto, please count your macros!) For the garnish, you will need: Avocado slices Tomato sliced into quarters 1 fried egg Lettuce First, sauté the minced onion and garlic together and set aside to cool down. Then, mix the ground meat in a bowl with your hands. Using your fingers like a rake, swirl it around the bowl rapidly until the meat is sticky and kinda gooey. Then add the rest of the ingredients all at once and mix again until gooey. Put cling film onto the mixture and set in the fridge to rest for about 30 min. Next, take out your meat mixture and mix it again. Then, form it into patties (you can make them as big or as little as you want). Try to smack the patties down to remove trapped air (otherwise the patties may fall apart during cooking). Then re-shape them as desired. Then cook your patties on medium heat until they are well done. To cook faster, cover the frying pan with a lid so they cook from the inside. While the patties are cooking, you can make the sauce. Mix all the ingredients together in a small microwave safe bowl. Then pop it into the microwave for about 15 seconds. Mix thoroughly. After the patties are cooked, place them on a plate. Use the fat from the patties to fry the egg (if there is not enough oil, feel free to add more). For prettier results, keep the egg sunny as shown. Pour the sauce on the patty and place the egg on top. Add the garnishes and you are done! Enjoy!
