〜風の谷農苑にて〜

ロコモコはゴハンの上にハンバーグと目玉焼きをのせ、グレイビーソースをかけた料理。1940年(昭和15年）後半にハワイ島ヒロにあるレストラン/リンカーン・グリルのナンシー・イノウエが考案したとされ、レストランの隣の公園でフットボールの練習をしていた少年が25セントを渡し、“これで満腹になる新しい食べ物を作って”がきっかけになりました。

今朝のロコモコは、肉汁に白だし、ウスターソース、ケチャップを煮込んだソースをかけました〰️😋
