More studies I did on a vc with my friends :D only rly spent an hour or so today on formal study drawings . The majority of the day I spent working on the cs fish art random doodles and a character ref that has been in the works for a couple of days. I have a bunch of stuff to post though but I’m trying to queue my shit instead of dump

The warmup study :p I always lose steam at the 30-40 min mark and rather than keep pushing forward on the one illustration and killing motivation I just do another study of the same image and focus on extracting different information from it. Stylisation of pose, a color study a composition breaking or just plain old photocopying. As long as I spent an hour or 2 on the photo it doesn’t matter what the finished thing looks like

Beginning art for a cs I’m making wit my friend. It’s so nice having an art community again ! Just feels so refreshing. as much as I enjoyed spiralling into madness in eternal art echo chamber nothing really can beat human interaction :’)
