Some people may not know but Comicstreet is somewhat my (mamath's) baby, so I end up doing 90%+ of the work for it. That includes this years key art, which is a funny dino in honour of Akira Toriyama, who drew the best silly fantasy dinosaurs. 🦖

Sooo many good applicants for tables this year but I'm hoping we get more so I can open up a new section island of tables. :D Expand comicstreet!!!!

Wild Advent is BACK for one final round!! ❄️Winter Wonders❄️ is Kickstarting now with 9 pins and 1 fancy pin-ornament, including 4 completely new designs!! :D

This is the last leg of our collective pin adventure, with some of the fanciest pins yet! :) Lots of fun effects as always but the Wintery theme lends itself especially well to glittery pins and translucent enamels. 💙💙💙

I don't personally have a design in this Winter set but I believe my deer design from the Spring campaign have started arriving around the world :) So those backers will know how good the quality of these pins is!!

The little spider two-part dangly pin will unlock at $12k (soon??) as a freebie for all backers pledging for 4 or more pins, which is amazing! I'd like to think we have long time supporters who will get a nice freebie in this final campaign ;3; Crossin' my fingers!

Alstro and Cloverpuff (who are our showrunners) also got together to design this special starry "Wish Panda" two-part pin/ornament for this final leg of the Wild Advent project. The top star part is a pin with a hook on the back that the Panda hangs from. BUT ALSO you can detach the Panda (which has no pin posts of its own) and instead thread it through with a hook or ribbon to make a hanging ornament! Clever!! Not to mention all the cool effects like the crystal star inclusion and the gradient enamel. *v* Anyway, check out the Kickstarter updates for more info on this bab.

Thank you everyone for your support (even if it's just a reblog or a nice comment it means a lot to us all and I do share them with the other artists when I see em) over the past year and change! It's so NICE to see this project coming together despite morphing quite a bit from its initial conception. :') It'll be really cool to see this massive set of pins finally exist!!

Hi! I just bought one of your carousel ponyta pins, and was wondering if you were ever planning to make anything of your carousel mudsdale? Mudsdale is my absolute favorite pokemon, and I adore how you drew it <3

I don't have plan to make any Mudsdale pins or acrylic goods, sorry. I love making fan art goods but I'm trying to discontinue a lot of the older fan art and switch to original things more and more.

I'm thinking I'll reprint the carousel sticker sheets this year though so there's that? ^^ That'll probably be the last hurrah for my pokemon carousel art.

So Auspost had a sale on their "MyPost" custom stamps recently and I decided to go ahead and throw some art on there :) I'll be using these stamps on my outgoing mail in January. A fun start to the new year! Hopefully the people who receive these will notice and get a kick out of 'em!

I've been interested in block printing this year so I made a two colour lino cut print for my Xmas cards this year. It was hard work!! I made a lot of mistakes (including...cutting my second layer backwards...) and didn't have a good way to align my two colour layers lol so there was a bit of guesswork involved. I managed to make about a dozen decent cards to send to friends and family at least! I think it turned out cute and I learned a lot! Feels like it's been forever since I made my own cards... I used to do it every year though. ^^

Photos of the Glow-In-The-Dark fox shirt! It really does glow! Although it has to be properly dark to see the effect well. I was wearing this shirt as PJs last night though and noticed it glowing in a mirror when I turned off the lights. xD ...spooky...

I loved making/selling shirts a lot even though stocking sizes is, yes, a bit of a pain to guess. I'm already thinking about what I'd like to make next year though. Can't work on it yet but I think something more colourful...

So my first screen-printed shirts came out great!!

It's taken me a while to get decent photos but I especially love how the glitter on the dragon came out. It's proving difficult to photograph but...trust me, it's great!! xD

I made some very silly dragon clips. :) Not sure if people remotely want clips but I made them anyway hahaha. I think they're fun! Having said that, now that they exist I don't plan to make more so once these are gone they're gone!

For the first time in ages I've actually populated the original art section of my shop! I found some older paintings and ink drawings while tidying up and thought they deserved a chance at adoption. :) Next year I really want to make more traditional art! I'd like it to be a regular part of my day/week. Currently l pretty much only break out the paint for commissions but the less I paint the more intimidating it is to pick up the brush again! It's a bit of an ouroboros in that way. So I just gotta Do It!!

Anyway, these originals are for sale in my shop right now! More in 2024??

I'm going to have these for sale at Supanova Brisbane! Still uh..not sure how I'm going to display them though haha.

They came out so good!! Nasty fox gets a glow in the dark sticker sheet set!! Glow in the dark stickers with these super complex kiss cut lines was PERHAPS a bit overambitious but it worked! I'm really happy with them, though the production had me biting my nails a bit (a lot). idk man I always wanna try new things. Q_Q
