The brainstorming, ideation, conceptualization, and prototyping of our solution, 'Bud', was done within a span of 24 hours. It was an exhilarating experience, thanks to Design Inspire.

Our Solution: Bud

Meet Bud, by Cogniclinic, a companion for the people suffering from autoimmune diseases. Bud is a smart plant managed by an application that assists the user to stay aware as well as updated about their current mental and physical health. Bud helps the users to keep a track of the symptoms and the probable causes of the current episode of their autoimmune disorder. And based on the diagnosis, it provides approvable solutions as well. Through the application, bud plant can be controlled, where the users can receive customized senses through mood lighting, smell (bee wax, which releases the negative ions), music and visuals as well! (through 3D Projection) So whenever the user reaches home, they can experience a customized environment simulated by the plant (the plant can be controlled remotely as well through the app). The information about the user’s favourite environment and conditions (and other necessary information) will already be entered in the app by the user. Apart from creating a likeable environment for the user, the plant will also perform multiple actions based on the information available like educating the user about the possible chages in the environemnt (weather), the remedies for episodes of autoimmune diseases, and also helping the user to organize their day. Bud also assits the user in maintaining their physical and mental well-being by suggesting as well as doing various creative activities like yoga, cooking, art, body work out (mimicing the yoga/ body actions for the user to follow) etc; thus accompanies the user throughout their journey of managing their autoimmune disease. Apart from this, the app also helps the user to contact the medical and the immediate help, in case of emergency. The user will keep receiving the rewards in forms of affirmations as and when they keep following the prompts and the suggestions given by Bud, which would help the users to maintain their physical as well as mental well-being. Thus, introducing Bud, a companion for the people suffering from autoimmune diseases.
