Wistful Spaces 🪑

wistful- having or showing a feeling of vague or regretful longing;

Isn't that kind of similar to the feeling you get when you step into a basement? Maybe not for everyone! But basements are usually the places where our past is still very much present. You can easily get lost in the memories and all kinds of trinkets you find along the way.

That's what I tried to capture with this set; old items that still have a life of their own- or at least they used to. They evoke this unique feeling that you can't quite put your finger on. But you enjoy it. 🪄

The Wizard’s Tower and Enchanted Forest (No CC)

Lot Size: 40x30 Venue:  Residence Location: Willow Creek

I don’t normally do build requests, but when Brendantheesimmer8900  asked me about doing a Wizard’s Tower the other night, I was very intrigued.  I do love building towers, and I did need some more builds for my Medieval Willow Creek makeover, so I figured why not.  I started with my Mad Scientist tower as a base, then pretty much went from there.

This is a “No CC” build.  I didn’t want to have to generate a long cc list for this project, so I really didn’t decorate the interior of the tower other than to.place a few objects to give you an idea of where I intended things to go, That said, how you use the space is entirely up to you, it’s your game.  I did however, very heavily landscape the exterior grounds (the tower is surrounded by an enchanted forest remember), which was a lot of fun.  It reminded me how much I miss my days of being a landscape design and build contractor.

Some time ago, I shared a poll for you all to vote on the challenge builds you wanted me to create in The Sims 4. The one that received the most votes was the Occult Legacy Challenge!

I’m excited to share the house for the first generation. I couldn’t create a simple trailer or cabin, so this is what I came up with! I hope you all like it, it was a lot of fun to make. I also created a Sim for the build, because I can't help myself and I hope some of you will chose her as your founder.
