And here is the end of the journey! I once again struggled a lot to pick screenshots so I decided to just do beginning and end moments, haha...

The final part of this chapter made me cry a little... I had so much trouble picking what screenshots to use! botaasu are such a sweet senpai-kouhai pair.

I think you've tried your best, Momochi-san. However, it's important to know when to give up, too.

If you push yourself any further, you're going to get hurt.

Games are interesting, because you don't know what's going to happen.

That's, just a little, like life itself.

But it's not like that for me.

I'm only a bit more skilled than other people, and yet...

At first, I thought, 'let's do something I'm not very good at'. And so I started helping out other clubs with their activities.

'If the practice feels worth doing, the matches might also be fun', I told myself.

After all, a match is a game, too. If it wasn't, it wouldn't be interesting.

Playing around in a game might be fun, but—

What I really wanted... was to have a match, not pass time with a game.

A serious match, one where I wouldn't get bored, where I'd get all hung up on winning.

Asuka: If that's how it is, I'll play a match with you, Komacchi-senpai!

Botan: In the end, we searched all over the school, but we didn't find her, huh?

The academy is huge, so... Maybe she's not inside the building and she's gone out somewhere, instead. Like the cropfields of the gardening club, for example.

The court is empty today. That's a rare sight.

Does the basketball club not have practice?

Oh, true... The clubs that play ball games indoors have a set rotation to use the gym court.

The valleyball club had a game the other day, so they might be watching the recording of the match in the audio-visual room.

Since we're already here, how about we play basketball?

Mm. I don't think the difference between our physique will be that much of a handicap, so it should be fine.

In fact... If there's a player stronger than me, I'd like to get to see it.

Apparently, I have good athletic ability. I've taken part in many different kinds of competitions because of that.

[1]. Mitsuru uses the verb 舐められた, which means both 'get looked down on' and 'get licked'. Perfect for a food pun. Gum syrup are little cups of sugar syrup very common in Japan; their size is really small, hence the 'small fry' comment in English, which has the same condescending air.

This story is one of my favourites in the game so far. It gives Botan's character, as well as Botan and Asuka's relationship, quite some depth.

Since it happens in July, I thought this was the perfect time to get it all translated, so please enjoy~

Kanae: Ever since Natsuno became the president, it looks like almost all of the dissatisfaction is gone.

It's just that President Natsuno is sometimes very strict with others, so she's still holding the meetings with the teacher, just in case.

May 17th is Asuka's birthday! Happy birthday to my fav engirls character, I love her so much... She only has one sub story, so I wanted to get it translated for the occasion. Here's a very short snippet of her life as a member of the Disciplinary Committee.

Tsukasa: Ah, Leader! You've come at the perfect time! Please take a look, all my arrows have hit the mark!

Leo: Yeah, yeah, that's great, Suo~. By the way, I'm composing, so move out of the way!

Tsukasa: Geez. You came to the archery grounds, so please, practice archery instead of composing.

And since I'm the only one who's here today, anyway, I don't feel any need to step aside.

Leo: My inspiration flows the best right where you're standing at, Suo~. That's why I told you to get out of the way.

And here's the last chapter! Not enough to warrant a full-on warning, but there are light mentions of school bullying, so please do be careful if that bothers you in any way.

Have I mentioned yet that Yuyu and Aika's friendship is adorable?

Yuyu: Okay, Mister— I mean, Darling ♪ Say aah ♪

Ehehe, is it tasty? Yuyu made these dango out of mud!

Aika: Don't let him eat that, Kinoshita-san!

And you, don't just eat it without complaint, please! Your stomach will get wrecked.

Yuyu: It's filled with lots of love, you know~?

Aika: (Aaah — I didn't think it'd develop into any sexy-like scenario to begin with, but...)

(This is more like "playing house" than getting "a real love experience", Kinoshita-san!)

(I'm relieved it didn't become any sort of indecent male-female friendship thing, though.)

(If we moved in front of the flower bed, I could say "there's a romantic mood here"—)

(But since we got so close to the school gate, the students walking home keep staring at us! How embarrassing...!)

Yuyu: How's it going, Aika-chan? Did you get any reference materials for the novel?

Aika: Eh? Ah, mm, not really— no, I mean, yes I did, I did!

So, let's stop this already, okay? Or let's go back to the clubroom, at least?

Yuyu: Eh~, but it's romantic at dusk. Daniel thinks so too, right?

Yuyu: But hey, doing this stuff is fun — thank you, Aika-chan. You too, Mister.

When Yuyu became a high school student, everyone stopped playing these kind of make-believe games with her.

Even when she was just chatting with Daniel, she'd get weird looks.

Yuyu did not understand it much — she'd always been together with Daniel, after all.

But the kids who used to play with Daniel were all drifting further and further away, and Yuyu got lonely.

Only Yuyu was left, and that's why she's always with Daniel. When she felt lonely, Daniel was always the one to comfort her.

If even Yuyu acted like she doesn't see Daniel, she thinks that'd be very awful.

Aika: Kinoshita-san—

Yuyu: Ehehe. These feelings, too, Yuyu might forget them someday.

If that's to happen, Yuyu will write a novel about Daniel. If Yuyu leaves things written down, they'll stay there forever.

What Yuyu is feeling now, and all she has felt up to now—

And the time she's spent together with Mister and Aika-chan, along with Daniel.

With that, Yuyu won't ever be lonely. And surely, it'll make Daniel happy, too.

Yuyu: Eh, what? Cheater?

Aika: I'm Daniel's lover! Daniel is my husband,

and you're cheating on this Mister over there with him, Kinoshita-san! Daniel is mine!

Yuyu: Eh, ah, so that's the kind of setting we're going with — Daniel is a girl, though.

Ehehe, Aika-chan's also going to play along with us? Aika-chan, you're a kind person, hm?

Aika: I'm no "Aika-chan", I'm Lover-san! Okay, Mister, you get into your character too!
