Details under the cut
I liked the story of the Alodae giants, who were so powerful they tried to stack three mountains on top of each other to reach the sky, and only Ares tried to stop them - but they bound him up and he nearly went mad. Ares was saved by the Giant's stepmother who told Hermes where he was to rescue him.
